Hot Sandwiches (excluding BBQ Beef) include mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato & Kinder's Mild BBQ Sauce. All sandwiches include mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and your choice of cheese. Onions, pepperoncinis, Dijon or Mendocino mustard are available upon request. Cream Cheese, Walnuts, Spinach, Sliced Cucumbers, Tomato, Lettuce, Green and Red Bell Peppers, on sliced whole wheat bread.

This will be the last time for me coming to any Kinders. Today we ordered 2 stuffed BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches and we got beef. We said no onions or cheese and we got both, we said brown sugar tots we got plain. They rarely get orders correct and we had no time to wait for correction. I have worked food service myself and have never seen so many mistakes. Service lacked in hospitality as well. Great food when or if they get correct but there is definitely a lack of communication from front to back cooks or something.

I come to this location the most out of all of them. A major reason is because of their customer service/dining room worker Tracey. She is always asking how our food is and even clears the table when we are done. Her smile shines all the way through her mask and her positive attitude is contagious. The food is also really good!

Tracy is amazing and truly a wonderful person.
I order a Philly cheesesteaks in hope to try something new and wonderful.
After I tried it, I was not impressed and Tracy asked me how is everything? After I explained the lack of taste in the Philly she was more than happy to go the extra mile for me and replace the sandwich with my regular go to Ribeye sandwich that was wonderful.
The best part about Tracy is that she really cares and it shows!!

Honestly, everything I've ever tried here has been amazing. I used to live down the street and come here at least once a week - so it's a must stop for any meal every time I visit! It's a clean restaurant and honestly you just can't go wrong. The bathrooms are a bit sketchy and gross as they're shared with the all of the businesses in the center.

First time customer at Concord location. I had BBQ Ribs and Ribeye steak dinner which was delicious.
I super appreciated the excellent customer service from Kayla W. who suggested this alternative of the ribeye steak with the ribs since they were out of Balltip roast which I really wanted and it wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes.
I also appreciate that she came to ask how my meal was later. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium well and it was perfect. Kayla W. has a great attitude, very professional and put the customers needs first.
I want to also give another shout out for

I have always enjoyed Kinders since growing up. My first experience there was their Pleasant Hill location when I was attending high school at the time. The location in Concord is off of Arnold Industrial Way and seems to be like a huge location. The staff wore masks, but they did not wear gloves.
