Individuals and families rely on us to help them cope with a variety of challenges. Our staff of physicians, nurses, psychologists, therapists, and peers works with all age groups, from children to seniors.
Aurora Mental Health Center provides secure methods to manage your medical bills online 24/7 from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. We understand that paying health care bills can be confusing. Life can be challenging for those who are struggling with mental health, substance use, trauma, violence, or other difficulties that affect their emotional well-being. In times of crisis, it is not unusual to feel overwhelmed and alone. Whether it is you or someone you are concerned about, our crisis staff are available to provide support from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. 7 days a week in our Walk-In Clinic.
Our Connect to Care (C2C) clinic offers walk-in services for those interested in receiving immediate support for non-emergency mental health challenges, along with connecting you to services within the Aurora Mental Health system if you are a new client.
We are happy to coordinate your referral to other services, providers, and locations throughout our organization, especially if you would benefit from on-going therapy or other specialized services.If you are already a client at Aurora Mental Health Center, we'll coordinate your care with your primary therapist and treatment team.

We do not discriminate in the provision of services based on ability to pay, whether payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or CHP. No one is denied access to services due to their inability to pay. Crisis and referral services are available to all, regardless of health care coverage.
