Our company has been involved with the transfer and brokering of approximately a thousand medallions. We pride ourselves in taking our customers (purchasers and/or sellers), through the complicated process of transferring medallions.
With the current prices of medallion hovering around $400,000, most interested buyers will probably require financing. We have been around for over fifty years serving both the medallion owners and the riding public. City Service Taxi is a company that provides services to independent medallion holders who operate under our association.

For some reason the taxi didn't show. When I called to find out when it would arrive, the customer service agent told me it would be a half an hour since there weren't any cabs in the area. And, it was raining, but I managed to get another cab.

In the taxi right now headed from the Mag Mile to the airport. It is filthy, smells like cigarettes, and ppl keep honking at him because he can’t stay in his lane. I hear a TV, but can’t see it because he has it turned toward his self in the front seat. I’m disgusted and terrified. City Cab #3878.

They just parked 3 cabs on street where I live for over 2 months. Those cars took all parking space and residents who live here can’t park their cars. Will call tomorrow alderman to see if we can do something.

Called on Thursday at 20:15 to schedule a pick up for following morning at 07:30 to go to downtown Chicago. The company called me 30 min before pick up...to tell me they cant find a car. These cab companies are not reliable whatsoever...they just gave me a very good reason to use Uber or Lyft....because of your services people chosen alternatives. Good luck in near future..if you have one. But cab companies have no future....

Took this Cab Service from O'Hare to Arlington heights. The charge was around 80$!!!.
Given that what i was paying is on higher side, i did not tip the driver believing that he will get a cut out of 1.5x they charge.
Guess what, driver throws a racial slur at me, "Why do you '******' (referring to people from my country) always pay less tip".
I felt really terrible but at the same time happy that i did not tip him.
Uber it is from next time.

I am one of the managers at the Chicago South Loop Hotel, one of my guest ordered a ride through the app curb. The ride was cancelled due to a long wait without the taxi arriving. The guest left and then the taxi driver from cab 966 arrived, he was very unprofessional screaming at the desk and calling me stupid in front of my guests at the hotel, I had to raise my voice and ask him to get out the hotel. He then got in my face acting crazy and I told him to get away before I would had to call the police.

I was biking on clark street headed south almost at the intersection of clark and lawrence when city service taxi cab 2601 driven by mohammed abdul salam (31581) decided he wanted to cut the line of cars at the light and swerved into the bike lane to attempt to do so. In doing so he ran me off the road. I hopped the curb and dropped my chain. He could have easily hurt or killed me. His driving into the bike lane was rapid in acceleration and totally illegal. He wanted to get ahead and his defense in threatening my safety was that he didn't see me. This is not an acceptable answer in general and
