One thing I LOVE about these protein bites is that once you get the basic recipe down, you can mix up the ingredients based on what you have on. Uncontrolled stress can wreak havoc on your body - and your life. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to create a stress management plan so you're ready for it ahead of time! Eating ultra-processed garbage foods - even those labeled as "pick me ups" - will spike your blood sugar and lead you to crash right into the couch.
I love making my own body care products and have been doing it for decades. It still surprises me when I see the cost of shampoos, face creams and other body care items as well as the amount of waste from the plastics that go in to our landfill from the sheer amount. Nearly 30 years ago I was the Lancome model for their body care product line.

I am so grateful for Yogilachi at Lacamas Lake Lodge. The instructor, Stephana, provides continuous guidance and individualized support throughout the challenging classes. Stephana is well versed in Yoga, Pilates, Chi, anatomy of the body, and healing. She cares deeply about each students' well being, and her approach is very positive and wholistic for the body, mind and spirit. I love the location too; the lodge is on Lacamas Lake where we see the sun rise with changing colors and light on the water during class. It feels like I'm starting M, W, & F with a mini retreat.

I have tried many forms of yoga, tai chi, Pilates, strength training, etc., etc.. Very rarely would I stick with anything for more than a few sessions--I would get bored, or overwhelmed, or injured, or just wander off. In between, had a regular cycle of body work appointments with physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, float tanks, and more to treat the stress and aches and pains of juggling a legal career, frequent travel and family.

Then I found Yogilachi. It seemed a little intimidating at first, but I'll try most things once. And I'm so glad

Stephana is a great coach and teacher. I've exceeded my expectations for this class. She has helped teach me to correct a posture and knee issue I've had for decades and inspired me to continue learning beyond her class. She teaches very accessible to any level of fitness. Her classes are like physical and mental therapy in the very best way. Highly recommend!

Stephana Johnson advised me from an authentic power which came through an even more powerful and authentic vulnerability. I cannot say enough good things about Stephana and her Yogilachi program. She is knowledgeable, caring yet direct about whats necessary to acheive your goals. She has a great way to keep you engaged and mix things up just before your ready to collapse. Challenging but incredibly rewarding. Just completed 12 week program and lost 30lbs and feel great.

I saw a brochure for Yogilachi and signed up for a trial week. I knew I needed to do something differently, but I wasn't sure what the right fit would be. I was bored with exercise and didn't feel like things were making a difference. After a couple of classes with Stephana I noticed a vast improvement in body awareness, alignment and posture. Every class is different, so I have never been bored. There is also a mind-body connection that is wonderfully different than a mindless workout such as running on a treadmill or riding an exercise bike. I look forward to going to class. The community

I like Yogilachi, this is what i've been looking for; semi private (small group size) and great fellow participants.
Stephana is able to focus on every person in there, and is very knowledgeable about Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates...always sharing her knowledge for your body/mind.

Stephana really cares and works hard to ensure you are moving correctly, which I look for from a professional. Best classes ever! Great for any level, very motivating, expert direction, and I believe the safest and most effective way to get a toned body and a calm mind. I left feeling empowered every time. Best private fitness studio in Clark County. I highly recommend Yogilachi Fitness Studio!

Yogilachi is wonderful! I feel like a valued client rather than just another number at a gym. Instead of having the same routine classes, each class is different and the private training sessions are helping me feel better about myself. I love Yogilachi. I’ve been working with Stephana for two months now and attending her group classes 3 or 4 times a week. In 8 short weeks, I’m down 10 pounds and 23 inches…woohoooo! I’m also starting to notice really nice muscle tone. Stephana is super knowledgeable and truly cares about my success. The classes are small and always a little different. It’s fun, and I’m meeting some really great people. I’m a fan for sure and highly recommend Stephana/Yogilachi for those wanting to get their toned and healthy body back!
