Services
I started in the fitness field in 2009, working mostly in corporate fitness, and have fallen in love with the rewarding nature of the industry. My passion comes from seeing the success of my clients and the individuals that they effect and inspire. Over the years my training style has developed into a very moderate and movement oriented approach to exercise.
I found my passion for exercise at a young age when I realized the advantage strength and conditioning has on the body and the edge it can give over whatever physical task you deem necessary. My interest led me into competitive lifting and physical competitions to see where my training and skill sets could take me.
Having 10+ years training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it has been my goal to do everything in my power to increase my longevity within the art. In my 40's, and an active BJJ instructor, it was a no brainer that I needed intelligent training methods to limit injuries and stay functioning well, on and off the mats.

I've been training with Travis at Dragon Fitness for 2 1/2 years. Not only did I lose over 60lbs in the first year, Travis has helped me gain the strength, mobility and training knowledge to continue my fitness journey. He is encouraging, kind and I have learned so much from him. The gym is a warm and inviting place to work out for all ages, levels and body types. I highly recommend Travis and Dragon Fitness!

I've been working out with Becca for the past few months and already feel a big difference in my strength and ability. I started off with one on one training sessions and have then transitioned into the group exercises. Becca takes the time to get to know her clients, their needs, and customizes workouts accordingly. Everyone is different - and she understands that! She's like a personal cheerleader at the gym! I highly recommend her as a trainer!
