Absolutely fantastic! Very warm and welcoming. Selena at the front was very caring and passionate to work with. She helped me through the process and set everything up very quickly and answered any questions I had, I very much enjoyed how comforting it was while inside.
Dr. Ngo was amazing to work with, gave plenty of options for taking care of me. She was very informative and outstanding during my extraction! Dr. Ngo did such a wonderful job, especially as I have had some rough care in the past and has left me concerned with my dental health care and procedures.

I am so glad Focus Dental and Dr. Ngo were recommended to me by a friend! I have gone to the same dentist for my whole life but knew I needed to find a new dentist here as I call this area home now! My cleaning was great! Every single staff person I came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful! Dr. Ngo was extremely caring and kind, she explained everything to me that needed to be taken care of with a few cavities for my next visit. I'm one of those people who dread going to the dentist because of my fear of needles and previous bad experiences. I absolutely had the best experience at Focus Dental. Everyone at the office, from the front to the back, was super friendly. Dr. Ngo took the time to explain my dental health and did the exam/cleaning herself. I had fillings done on my second visit and Dr. Ngo was professional and made my experience painless. I'm absolutely happy and will keep coming back.

I’m fairly new to this city. I began looking for a dentist for my son and I was looking for a place with good reviews, I didn’t care how far I went, I like good customer care. I seen that this place was literally down the street from us with many many good reviews. I was excited, made an appointment and I was not disappointed. They are very kind and informative. I visited them while quarantine was going on, wow, they really keep the place sanitized and they checked both my son and I’s temperature as soon as we stepped in..

If you’re looking for a dentist for your kiddos or even yourself, this is the place to go!! Been taking my daughter here going on 5 years and now my son has joined the Focus Dental family. Dr. Ngo paid close attention to my needs during the entire procedure and she never left my side. She warned me ahead of time if something was not going to feel so good.She explained step by step to me what she was going to do before she did it. She is by far the best Dentist I have ever visited in my entire 50 years. Focus Dental is the best imho.

Because we moved we had to switch dentists which is always undesirable especially when you've found a good one. However, Dr. Ngo and her staff ended up being even better than our previous dentist. I really thought our previous dentist was top notch, but Focus Dental proved that we could have an even better experience. I have anxiety and after a bit of a panic attack during my appointment, they go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable from picking a movie to distract me, headphones, check-ins and kind words. I have had very few positive experiences with dentist in my life as I'm guessing most people do. I found Focus Dental while searching for a dentist near me. I figured it was close and reviews for Dr. Ngo and her staff were fantastic. So I decided I would give this place a chance. I finally had great dental insurance and i knew I would need several issues taken care of. In three weeks I have gotten a root canal, cleaning and several cavities filled with three more to go. What a great experience! I will never go to another dentist again! The paperwork is completed on a computer when you arrive, which is quick and easy. I was taken back right away for x-rays and then brought to a comfortable room for my exam and cleaning. They have 100's of movies you can watch while waiting and while they are working on your teeth. Dr. Ngo arrived with no wait and was very nice and informative. She was not rushed at any point. She took the time to show me my cavities with her mirror and explain the severity of each one. As someone who has had a past negative experience with a dentist and was apprehensive about finding another that I could feel comfortable with, I highly recommend Dr. Ngo. She was professional, compassionate, considerate and honest. The rest of the staff is very personable, sincere, and helpful. Sabrina has excellent communication skills & goes out of her way to ensure you have the information you need regarding your insurance coverage & copays. Dentists. It seems like everyone has one, and they want to stick to what they're stuck with because it takes too much effort to try another.... But if you're unhappy with your current dentist or you happen to not have a dentist, go to Dr. Ngo!!
She has a sweet personality, great with children (well, she has four little ones herself so that's to be expected), and knows her stuff!

I was very happy with Dr. Ngo and the checkup she provided, and her very nice and helpful staff. She spent a lot of time going over my case with me, inluding issues related to previous major gum surgery, which was required 25+ years ago after 2 dentists I'd had, each for a good while, who never even checked for gum disease. By the time somebody did, I'd already had a lot of bone loss, which Dr. Ngo reviewed and provided direction for future measures to contiue to maintain my teeth.
