Dr. Burnett attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and then returned to the Bay Area where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He then specialized in orthodontics at the New York University College of Dentistry.

Dr Burnett specialize in providing state-of-the-art orthodontic services for children, teens and adults. Throughout your treatment plan, you'll be surrounded by caring and devoted professionals. Dr. Burnett has over twenty years experience; our clinical staff is professionally trained orthodontic assistants with an average of 12 years of experience in the dental industry.

Wow! Wow! WoW! I dont know what else to say. My dentist highly recommended me go in for a consult to Hall & Burnett's office after stating I was looking to get vaneers. My teeth were VERY crooked and I was ashamed. With a low self esteem already I couldnt bare the idea of having braces on for a year or two!!!

I highly recommend Hall and Burnett orthodontics. Dr Burnett and his staff are wonderful. They are very friendly and are fantastic at making you feel at ease during your appointments. This is my second set of braces I have had. One as a child and now as an adult. My recent experience is by far the best experience of the two. I expected to feel a lot of pain like I did as a child but much to my surprise I felt very little discomfort!!

I've known Dr. Burnett for many years and consider him one of the finest orthodontists in the USA. Dr Burnett and his team are absolutely wonderful! They are the kindest people, who feel like family. Dr B has taken care of my children's teeth with expanders, appliances, braces, retainers, etc. Now I have become a patient with adult braces. Dr B is just such a caring, sweet, and happy person. Always has a smile on his face and he just makes going to the orthodontist a great experience. Everyone on his team, including the front desk, are amazing to work with and always willing to accommodate your schedule. This has to be the best orthodontist office anywhere! I can't say more nice things

Dr. Burnett is an amazing orthodontist with a very professionally run office. My daughter had a lot of anxiety about getting braces, but Dr. Burnett was always very kind and understanding. A HUGE shout out to Tammy who did most of her adjustments. She was so patient and sweet to her at every visit. Also, there were no hidden costs or extra charges for broken wires or brackets. I appreciate the full transparency throughout the whole 2 year process. I would highly recommend Hall & Burnett to anyone looking for the best possible orthodontist around.

Having braces as an adult hasn't exactly been fun, but my experience with Dr. B and everyone else at his practice has made my 18 months with braces breeze by. I got my braces off today and my teeth look amazing!! I have a narrow upper jaw and am so glad I went with Dr. B's recommendation to do an expander in addition to clear, traditional braces. I had several issues with the expander and food getting stuck in it, but I was always fit in to get whatever issues were going on taken care of. Thank you everyone for my improved smile!!

Dr. Burnett has been a fantastic orthodontist for our family. We started going to him around 2011 for our oldest son and continued to the current day with our youngest son who has braces on now. The office staff is kind and punctual. There have been times when I would take in one of my sons for an appointment and suddenly my other son has an issue with his wire or bracket as they accommodated a quick fix for him. The office is kept extremely clean and has plenty of accommodations such as bottles of water, mobile phone chargers, comfortable couches, and a coloring table for the little ones. Dr.

Dr. Burnett is a wonderful orthodontist but an even better person! I've taken three kids to him, with two getting braces. (He told my eldest son that braces were not necessary in his case, only cosmetic, and my son opted not to get them.)
My daughter had full orthodontic treatment that spanned five years and then had a beautiful outcome when her braces were removed in the seventh grade. Unfortunately, two years later she developed a jaw abnormality that caused big problems with her bite. It was Dr. Burnett who first discovered that there was a problem during a visit we scheduled to replace

It's not possible to explain the depth of my gratitude to these wonderful, truly kind-hearted good people..I needed urgent help and they got me in the same day even though I was not a patient previously. As a stay-at-home mom with no back-up, I was terrified to reach out for the help I needed and they took expert care of my dental needs and for that, I owe them a debt of service that will not easily be repaid. Dr. Burnett and his Team are amazing. We started with another orthodontist elsewhere and were eager to make a change for our second phase of treatment. He has always been responsive and on time, kind, knowledgeable and flexible with our daughter's schedule. She just finished treatment and we are so pleased with the results :). 5 stars aren't nearly enough for Dr. Burnett and his team. My daughter has a missing lateral incisor. We saw two orthodontists who were eager to spread her teeth apart to make room for an implant when she reached young adulthood. That's not what we wanted--an implant right in the front of her face. We saw Dr. Burnett and he felt certain he could move her back teeth forward and avoid an implant. That's what we wanted to hear!

I have two children, and both have been patients of Dr. Burnett. My older daughter is completely finished with her treatment; my younger daughter recently had her braces off and is getting her retainer now. Both kids' teeth look GREAT! Just yesterday, I became a patient there myself. (I had braces when I was a kid, but a few teeth have shifted over the years. Dr. B is working his magic once again).
We have all been very happy with the staff as well. The entire office is professional and kind and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Burnett for orthodontia work for both kids and adults

I took my 7.5 yo daughter in for her first consult today. The office is incredibly efficient, friendly and know what they are doing-I have an extensive background in the dental industry. Dr. Burnett is great, and I was happy that we can wait and see how my daughter develops in growth the next 6 months. Many doctors will try to get you to get started that day even if it's just taking molds of the teeth. This was not the case with Dr. Burnett. I'm very grateful my doctor referred us to the office. He's terrific.

Just an update on how things are going on the visits with Dr. Burnett ( I spelled his name wrong in the last review, sorry!) . I have to say my impression of Dr. Burnett has changed quite a bit over the past couple months coming in for my checkup appointments, especially after getting to know more about the transition he had to make when Dr. Hall wasn't able to come in. Although it was hard adjusting to a new doctor, the more I come to see Dr. Burnett, the more I'm convinced he is a great and caring Orthodontist after all.

I had an appointment the other day -- turns out that it was with Dr. Haller, not Dr. Hall. Nonetheless, I strolled right into Dr. Hall's office and insisted that I had an appointment.
Without missing a beat, his staff worked me in right away. It wasn't until my appointment was already half over that I realized that I was in the wrong place. But, since things were going so well, we just decided to go ahead and complete the work.
Huge kudos to Dr. Hall and his staff for accommodating a walk-in!
