Just signed our 3 lease. I read some of the complaints and I’m happy to say parking doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore. At least not what I see. They check our garages twice a year to make sure you can fit a car inside to keep people from using it at storage and parking in the spots. Plus, they WILL tow if you’re not safe listed. I’ve had my car towed so I know.
We live out of the way of the traffic that cuts through to get to Ortega thankfully so I can’t speak to that. My only complaint would be the people who don’t live here using our trash bins and picking our lemon trees. But

The problem is coming from the residents mostly. Today, i was hoping that the lady who parked her uhaul yesterday which occupied 3 spaces of handicap and 1 regular parking spot has left but i was surprised that it is still on there the next morning! I took a picture of her vehicle and she asked me why. It puzzles me how stupid could you be to wonder why people who lives here do not want your u haul parked on 4 spaces of handicap parking spots !!! I would like to witness sensitivity to the residents who may need those spots available for their own use! unfortunately, kids nowadays has lack of education

It's been heard by current residents that there have been suicides and one suicide attempt at this apartment complex. Pretty awful being as this is such a new complex. One was said to have been very horrific. I, personally will be staying away, don't need that negative energy around.
If you like people doing drugs on their patio and having prostitutes around on the regular, this is the place for you.

They have listed the 1 bedroom apartments for 850 - 900 sq ft. I had a professional meseasure my apartment they are shorting me 150 - 200 sq ft but complain about me therapy animal and say my garage is too crowded when my vehicle is a motorcycle. I want the square feet refunded to me at the prorated rate.

After 6 months of living here the upper management has yet to do anything about the inadequate parking conditions. That's not to say there isn't enough parking but there is no assigned parking so tenants, although required, do not use their garage first. most likely because most tenants have over sized vehicles that would not fit the garages here. My 2016 mustang barely fits, i have to let any passengers out before entering and park as close to the wall as possible.

No parking!
I mean it! - You will not be able to park here at all at night. I am handicapped and people Park up the handicap spots and park in the Isle ways always. And they haven't even filled this place up yet. There are still empty units.
Unless you have one car and you can park in your garage you pretty much have to park it illegally to be able to park at all.

Staff is great. If people used their garages for parking it would not be such an issue. The real issue is at 5pm every weekday the overflow traffic from Ortega hwy like to use Sendero apartments to cut through for a short cut.
Sendero needs to be gated, end of story. This traffic that drives through daily is dangerous. These non residents have no care in the world when do speeding through. I will not my kids play outside during the week because of this and will be the reason why I do not renew my lease. I have personally almost been run over twice by individuals using sendero as a short cut.

Yes there is a little bit of a parking issue but the staff is AMAZING!
i left my dogfood in the front closet and called maintenance to help me clean it because it became infested with maggets!
The leasing agent Blaze, came in a dress shirt/pants and a tie, rolled up his sleeves and cleaned the whole thing for me!
He went out of his way to help me when i was freaking out from the insects! He had a smile on his face the whole time and made me feel comfortable while he took care of the situation. Blaze went above and beyond to help me and he is the most amazing staff memeber at Sendero!
