I rented at Bella Vista back in 2015 and it was awesome!! Kristin was very professional. I have rented from many other apartments and so far Kristin has been the best one. Doug the maintenance manager was great and very efficient. The only problem I had was with the microwave door not closing, but Doug replaced it within minutes of me telling Kristin about it. They are an Awesome team. Also the property is well maintained and very quiet

This is the 6th apartment community I have lived at in OC including Irvine Company, Lyon, and Gerson Bakar & Associates property management companies. Bella Vista is not only a small, quiet, well kept community, it is the best managed property I've lived at. The property manager (Kristin) and maintenance manager (Doug) are extremely professional, communicative, and prompt. I love the location (near shops and food) and the rent is fair (considering OC prices).
Cons: Water pressure isn't great...that's all I can think of.
