I just want to leave this review in courtesy of fellow renters who are looking to move into this complex.
This is a nice complex to live in, but with a very poor management.
If you want to be frustrated with communication , send 10 emails to get one answer or want your security deposit to be completely used for unjustifiable reasons, here is the place to be!
Also buildings are old and my stairs were actually broken and it was a safety risk which was never fixed.
They also intentionally do not communicate to you properly what you need to do or pay for and then blame you and have you pay for

I moved into Quailwood apartments Earlier this year in January and I love it. The complex is clean, it’s quiet, the tenants and the staff are VERY friendly and caring. Alicia communicates very well and she’s very knowledgeable about the property (as she should be). Every time I email her with a question she responds in a very efficient manner. Every time I take her the check to pay my rent she asks about my apartment and what could be better inside and out. There was a time I was in Georgia for 2 weeks, I couldn’t pay my rent because the online payments weren’t available, I notified Alicia

Alicia knew what she was doing when explaining how everything goes happens. She definitely talks over you, but I didn’t really take it personally, I think it was because she was trying to give as much information as possible.
I was a little taken back when I called today in regards to a whole different situation not regarding my previous email I had sent to her. Granted it could get overwhelming
