Don't RENT HERE Ghetto ! Roaches ! And gunshots every night . They will steal your deposit !

Noisy at night. Security fail to do its job to check disturbances during night. Specific with teenage group making noises during night when all tenants are sleeping and resting. Keep up security! Not just towing cars 🤬

I loved these apartments!!!! While living here I was the most happiest. Andrea, the property manager was so nice and understanding. I didn't want to move but being the fact that I work in San Francisco, the commute was far for me! I enjoyed my experience here while it lasted and wanted to leave a review saying thank you for their kind services and if you were thinking of moving somewhere affordable and up to date on appliances and maintenance, then this is the place for you!!!!

Do yourself a favor and don’t even try to rent from this complex. My roommate and I submitted an application and holding deposit for a unit, and subsequently experienced the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. Our leasing agent made no effort to contact us first and was shoddy at best in responding to our communication attempts. After weeks of badgering Andrea for our next steps and application progress, we were effectively “ghosted” by the complex itself and upper management. My lease for this apartment is 9 months and I am currently on month 5.
PROS: online payments, gated community, never see neighbors, newly renovated, cheap utilities, spacious living room and kitchen, 24/7 security, nice ccountertops, new appliances, grounds are well kept
Cons: crappy renovations, paint chips easily, outdated AC/heaters, hard to contact front office, maintenance man comes before scheduled times, parking fills up quick, only 1 pool, laundry facilities are expensive, rent is expensive, pg&e is high due to outdated AC, old cars get broken into, people sneak into complex after cars

My experience has been great! The outside is kept very clean, people are friendly. Thank you Andrea for helping us get into our new apartment! Very happy with the apartment and service.

I seriously have tried calling 50 times to this place and I be never once spoken to an employer here! What kind is service is this? I’m trying to give you my money but it seems you don’t want it. I tried calling at different times in a day for the past week. How is it possible that you cannot even pick up the phone not even once?!?! What horrible service you offer here! I’m glad I won’t be doing business with you if this is the kind of service I expect from you. I would not recommend this place with such horrible service!

I was driving by and noticed the "Now Leasing" sign. I went into the office and see a middle-aged woman who seemed very nice. I asked if they had any units available and she said that they didn't. It was very difficult to understand her because of her accent but I wouldn't mind it if she wasn't so full of herself. I told her that I saw the leasing sign and she said she didn't know that was still up. Very unprofessional because she didn't even say that she'll look into it because that was false advertisement.
