O'Neill's was a light in a stressful situation! I was in an accident and I hadn't needed any big work on my vehicle since I moved here so my insurance company recommended them. I will definitely go back should I need anything at all. They had such a quick turn around time and when I let them know I had an out of state trip to go on they tried their best to get it done in time for my trip! We had a bunch of small dings and scratches all over our 3 year old suburban as a result of a busy household and 3 boys that don’t stop. We also had a damaged bumper due to a trailering malfunction. Saved the work to get it done all at once & was quoted by both O’Neil’s & Koenes. After receiving an absolutely staggering quote from Koenes, I decided to keep looking for a better option. I had a small job for O'Neill's, so small I was wondering if they would take it on. Not only did they, but I felt like I received the same care, focus, and follow-through had it been a job in the $1000s of dollars. SO thankful for O’Neill’s! I got rear ended in my Mercedes and 2 headrest airbags went off. They fixed my car perfectly (looks brand new!) inside and out and went the extra mile to vacuum my car so it felt great getting into. They’ve done body work for me twice now and are priced fairly and most importantly, do great work! Thank you so much O’Neill’s!!

We have used O'Neill's Body Shop several times. The most recent time was this week (February 3, 2020). I was in a car accident (another vehicle ran a red light and struck my vehicle) and the police department called Merl's towing. What a terrible experience! The staff at Merl's were awful to work with, demanding and rude, when I was already completely distressed from the accident. I called up O'Neill's Body Shop, in tears, and they took care of everything. What a relief! Everyone there is so nice. I went to O'Neill's today to clean out my car as it was deemed a total loss, and they removed the

I normally don't write reviews but feel compelled to do so after a repair of my gas door which was broken off at the gas station when I drive away with the gas nozzle still in my tank! :( I called around and the lowest quoted price for what seemed like a pretty straightforward fix was $600 and went as high as $750. O'Neill's quoted me $211! I just want to thank you for not price gouging me, and I was just so impressed with their efficiency (it took them 15 minutes to change it out once the part came in) and their friendliness. When they finally got my car after waiting a month, they didn't move it from the front parking lot for 8 days. These guys are awful. When I took my car to the Acura dealership they told me that they didn't repair it on the inside at all. I took it back to O'Neill's and they lied to my face about it. Do not go here.
