Extremely poor/unprofessional property management. I have a brand new car (6 months old, 1200 miles), I LEASE a parking spot from RPM, and have had several instances where my parked car has been damaged. to the tune of $11,100. YES ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE. On the first instance my car was only 3 months old and was driven only 8 times. In addition to the parking issues I have an building maintenance issues. There are plenty of places to live in Newark, do not waste your hard earned money here.
