I have been living at the Pavilion Towers for over Sixteen Years. The Other Tenants are ALRIGHT. But I like it Also as a place to Retreat To. I am retired. The Apartments are Nice. The Pavilion has a Good Laundry Rooms in Both Buildings. Each Building has a Terrific Grocery Store. I don't have a Car. But there are many Beautiful ways to Get Around… and Travel when your living at this Pavilion Towers. The 108 Bus Drives Up to these Two Pavilion Buildings. The amount of negative things I have to say about this building complex and management would only make me seem like a Bitter Betty. So in short. If you are a student that will utilize this place for a short time frame this is okay.. ((SHORT TERM ONLY)).
PROS: Close to NJT (Broad street station)// Light rail to Newark Penn.
Costco, Shoprite, Kmart close by (Kearny). Rent is cheap but there is an absolute reason for that.
CONS: Bed Bugs, Dust mites, Old carpet, Fungus, Leaking ceilings (which when finally tended to is not done properly. Bandages don't fix the wound. Management office hours

Incredibly unprofessional. They have apartment listings on apartments.com but simply aren't responsive. You can call but no one will answer the phone. You'll get "Sally" the leasing agent's voicemail, and her greeting will tell you that you'll get a call back by close of business, but you won't. You likely won't receive a call back the following day nor week. Sally's greeting also says that you can get a faster response by email but you can't. They're unresponsive via email. I contacted the leasing office over two weeks ago by both phone and

Horrible communication and experience trying to see an apartment!
I called several days and left a message with the receptionist to have the Leasing agent Christine to call me back and set up a appt to view the apt. Christine was never available to talk nor did she call me back to set up an appt. I then called and asked if they were open on a particular day in which they stated they was. I ask do they accept walk ins and was told Yes. I also emailed questions to the email provided on the website and got no response.
I decided that since they were open the day I asked of I was going to go as
