Jack is an extraordinary tax accountant who is able to help us go through our tax issues given that we are international folks and have accounts overseas. Best of all, we never met him once as he came highly recommended by a friend of ours (we are in Seattle) and he was in Sonoma County, CA. He is prompt, diligent and communicative. Highly trustable!

Jack Ding is an amazing Tax Professional with the patience of a Saint. I had been trying help my Mother with her taxes for years but to no avail and she was in all kinds of trouble with the IRS. She is 76 and things like taxes overwhelm and confuse her, so we went to Mr. Ding for help. He took the jumble of tax information my Mother gave him and helped us not only negotiate a deal with the IRS but also explained everything to my Mother in simple easy to understand terms. Jack is an incredible resource for IRS-related information and assistance. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding what the IRS requires. He is helpful and explains tax law very well. He clearly outlined steps we have to take to reconcile our situation with the IRS and is willing to help with our follow-through. Additionally, he is an upstanding and generous community member. I found jack on Craigslist several years ago. He helped me with adjusted returns that yielded a fair bit of savings that I had missed.
Since then I have used his services every year. My small business situation has been cumbersome at times and he has been patient and helpful sorting through it. Jack is like Clark Kent, quiet and unassuming. He then changes into superman and saves the day! Let me explain: I owed over $96,000 to the IRS and over $35,000 to the state. Jack listened to my story, understood the nuances of the tax code and saved the day by re-filing my corrected tax returns and thereby giving me a return of more than $2,500! He knows his stuff. The biggest problem I had was waiting for the state to fall inline with the IRS's decision. Jack essentially completed the process in less than three months but we waited an additional three months because of gov't processing

Jack to the rescue again! I owe the IRS back taxes for a business I closed. Jack worked out a payment plan that's so favorable to me. He negotiated a payment of only $100 per month. I can easily afford that and it just gives me peace of mind knowing that it's been taken care of and I won't be hassled or fear a lien. I'm already on my 2nd payment and I just made it an automatic bill pay on my bank account so I don't even think about it anymore.

Jack Ding is the consummate tax professional. He was extremely useful in helping me resolve long-standing issues with both the IRS & the CA Franchise Tax Board (which is notoriously hard to work with). As a private "registered agent" he is in the unique position to be able to sympathize with the average taxpayer, yet he has contacts and knowledge of numerous organizations that I could have never acquired. Jack worked with my husband and I to do our 2011 and 2012 tax returns. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in a stressful situation. I was so happy to have Jack help us with our taxes. I would highly recommend Jack.
