Limo was clean & stocked well. Only complaint was the driver. He was very rude and unprofessional. Was yelling & argumentative in front of wedding guests when he gave no instructions & when we were trying to help him about where to park at the location. Company should make sure to better train their drivers to act professionally with guests who hire them.

Contracted Garlic City Limo for my daughter's 8th grade Promotion Dance with Jim the owner and he always was polite and very professional, always picked the phone up even late into the night. Derek the driver was very clean cut and very polite to all the young guests attending. The stretch limo was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Pricing was the best compared to all their competitors. A+ Operation.

We called and inquired on several limo services in the area, and finally decided to rent at Garlic City Limo. We definitely made the right choice! It was so easy to book and talk to Jim. Our assigned driver, Dustin, came on time, and was very courteous and helpful in assisting my bride throughout the rental period. Garlic City Limo was an excellent choice for my wedding. Jim was a breeze to work with! We rented the 20 passenger party bus to transport the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and shuttle guests between the hotel and venue for both before the ceremony and after the reception. Everyone loved how comfortable and beautiful the bus was. It was everything I could hope for in coordinating my big day - easy to work with, simple booking process, on-time, and friendly and courteous service. 100% 5-star service all the way around.

Booked for prom for my son and friends. Jim was very quick at answering all of our questions and concerns. Worked with our constantly changing time and pick up locations. Driver was prompt and super helpful. We had a few kids that forgot there signed form, driver had extras for parents to sign on site. Will def us again. Great job Morgan. My mother-in-law had booked a limo for our big day and it was amazing. Our driver was super fun and kept the bridal party giggling! There was a mishap with my bag (the bride!) left on the limo, however, the driver was going to do whatever to make sure the bride was satisfied. They were professional yet super fun. We loved it!

I called and spoke with the owner who took the time to explain how they operate and what my options were. I didn't get the feeling that he was trying to rush me off the phone, and he didn't try to talk me in to spending more money. He even went a step further and suggested several wineries I could look into to help me set the itinerary for the day.
The driver Al arrived a few minutes early, and was courteous and professional. He told us we could decorate the bus however

I have booked with Garlic City Limo service one time. The driver was friendly, on time, and very professional. The problem I have is with the owner Jim. I was called by Jim 2 days after we had service and he explained to me that he was going to charge me $150 for extra cleaning because someone in my party had allegedly sprayed something on the ceiling. I can honestly say that no one sprayed anything, anywhere. I would admit that we spilled stuff on the floor, but that is bound to happen with open beverages in a moving bus. The owner Jim is the coolest guy. My friends rented limos and buses from Garlic City and they had a blast working with Jim. He does everything possible to make things work out for you. He is so concerned to make sure his customers get the luxury experience that they deserve.
