You may be confused by the names of yoga classes, such as Hatha, Bikram, or Ashtanga, or by marketing names such as Hot Yoga or Power Yoga. The descriptions below may help you better understand some of the popular types of yoga available. Hatha yoga is the most popular form of yoga and what most people think of as yoga.
Deb illustrates some basic yoga poses. The Sanskrit names are included for reference, as well as instructions for the poses and possible modifications. Take a wide stance with the front foot forward and the back toes pointed to the side or slightly forward. Open the arms out at shoulder height and gaze over the front hand.

Deb brought her mats and music for a private group yoga session for a bachelorette party. She was incredibly relaxing and down-to-earth (sometimes I don't have patience for a lot of spiritual yoga talk but Deb strikes the perfect balance between a relaxing mindset and an athletic approach to yoga!). Her class was great for beginners and intermediate yogis alike (she probably could have gone advanced but we didn't have anyone advanced in our group). Was a great group activity, fun and relaxing!

We had Deb come teach a private class for a Bachelorette party in Indio and it was absolutely fantastic! After a long night before it was just what we needed to get outside, get some fresh air, and get moving a bit. The class was perfect, she had just the right amount of movement to refresh us but also perfect for our girls who were moving a bit slower that morning. She had a super fun playlist and was so easy going. Definitely one of the highlights of our bachelorette weekend! Thank you Deb!!!

Deb was a pleasure to work with!!! She led an hour class for my future sister-in-law's bachelorette party with 18 young ladies. She was punctual, professional, responsive to my calls, SO fun, provided all of the mats as well as music. We requested the level at which we wanted her to teach at. I would highly recommend, especially for a girls trip/bachelorette party weekend-like event! Thank you so much, Deb!! We will call you when we come back! :)

Deb is incredible. She lead a perfect for morning pool side yoga overlooking the Palm Springs Valley and snow capped mountains.
She adapted to our bachelorette Saturday morning group and led a wonderful zen class for a varied group of ladies. Some more experienced than others.
She brought all the mats and had great music. And she has a wonderful and sparkly personality. It was the perfect way to start the day! We all highly recommend getting Deb to lead your yoga experience.

Deb was amazing!! We had her come to our Airbnb this past Saturday for a private yoga session for a Bachelorette party. She brought all of her own equipment/music, the set up and take down was so quick and easy. She was so positive and all the girls loved her. We also had a few girls who needed modifications due to injury, pregnancy, etc and Deb was so accommodating. 10/10 recommend Deb!!

Deb came to teach a yoga class at a house we rented for our friends bachelorette party. i didn't know how much the girls would enjoy it, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of the weekend. Deb did an awesome job tailoring the class to what we wanted and brought all the mats + music for the class. i would highly recommend hiring Deb for a private class, great customer service!
