Classic lashing is the art of applying single synthetic eyelash extensions to individual natural eyelashes. There are different types of eyelash extensions. They come in a variety of materials such as genuine real mink, synthetic or faux mink and silk extensions. A lot of different factors go into applying Classic or Russian Volume eyelash extensions correctly, such as the length, curl, and diameter.
Eyelash extensions are the latest and hottest breakthrough in cosmetics. Transform your own natural lashes with eyelash extensions to create longer, full and thicker dream lashes. Below are some commonly asked eyelash FAQs. Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent single-strands of faux mink lashes that are used to create volume and extend the length of the natural eyelash.
Avoid getting the lashes wet for the first twenty-four hours following your lash extension application. This includes saunas and swimming pools. Avoid oil-based skincare, mascara and cleansing products. Only water based (oil-free) products are approved. Oil-based products will affect the adhesion (possibly break it down) and cause the lashes to fall out prematurely.
Eyebrow extensions are similar to eyelash extensions, individual hairs are placed on the eyebrows to create fuller, thicker eyebrows. Where do I begin? Mydygma is a Godsend. I have been getting extensions for years and have only found one lash tech that I really loved. When she moved out of state, I found myself paying top dollar to other techs who were doing sub par work: very sloppy placement, fans that were too heavy, and zero retention.

I can't tell you how happy I am to have found Mydygma! I have been getting my lashes done for years from other spots and have just been so happy with the results I have seen with her. Mydygma takes the time to talk to you about what style and look you want and to really customize your lashes to your preference. First off, the photos on this profile are not her salon and the address is not the updated location. She is at a rented room on Beverly Drive, it is not a salon. I walked in and she is very sweet and out there. I showed her what look I wanted on her website, very cateye, light weight, not too long, but she was asking me how long I wanted my lashes and pulling up different sizes as if I know what to look out for? I've been Mydygma's client for a few years now. She did my permanent make up before and I always saw her lashes photos but was afraid to get them because my eyes are super sensitive and I had a very bad experience in the past on my first try with someone else.I was using Lashify for a long time because I was afraid that lash extensions would hurt my sensitive eyes. Being an Asian-American it is really hard to find someone who understands how to apply lashes on us- I have changed my lash place four times now, Beautyful lashes being the fourth and I am here to stay! Not only does Mygdyma understand the placement of a lash depending on the shape of your eye- but does her lash actually have retention! I found Mygdama online and texted her to make an appt. My first time with her was good, she explained to me the whole process, how long they last, size etc and off we went to get them put on.
The 2nd time around I texted her to make an appt, she never replied. I reached out again and she replied by saying she was going through something with her mom but we made an appt and I got them refilled...late but did it.

Ive been seeing Mydygma for a little over 6 months.. My main concern was lash retention.. The previous place i went to for over a year and i kept looing my own lashes. Im obsessed! Janette is amazing! she made me feel super comfortable and assured me she would do her best and make sure she gave me quality work. I am super super glad to see that 99% of the Yelpers had the same great experience I had. For me, I never had false lashes before so I really don't have anything to compare it to, except it takes around 1.5-2 hours, its expensive, etc etc. But it wasnt like that for me at all. Super fast and affordable. Parking is actually really easy. Alot of meters in front of the building. People are constantly leaving so you'll be fine. It's not as busy as the rest of Beverly Hills.

Update:
She reached out to me a couple days after my post to say that she was sorry and that she was sick. Finally met her yesterday and loving my lashes. She's SUPER fast. Took only around 30-45 minutes which was surprising since the other places took at least up to 1-1.5 hours, so that's a plus.
Also my lashes look really good-- going to see how retention is with these and will update again after my next couple visits.

I love Mygdama! I started going to her a year ago at another studio and you really can't stop once you start! The lashes she uses are so light and I forget they are there. I can still go 4-6 weeks with them depending on how active I am.
I decided to go a bit more glamorous this time than my usual look since I'm going on vacation. My usual look are length 12 lashes with D curl all the way in with 9 L+ in the inner corners. Omg this is the best lash salon I've ever been to. Super private, and super exclusive. She used the the lightest volume lashes! They're very soft, light with a 0 perfect chance of damaging my lashes.
So many girls worry that lash extensions will kill their lashes. I've seen so many of my friends have bad experiences with other salons. There is nothing to worry about here because she is so tedious!!! You don't have to worry about loosing anything! And if you want them removed they can be removed and restored back to your original lashes.

The BEST in town hands down!! Mydygma is the only one I trust with my eyelashes. Not only she has an amazing, comforting personality but she is a PRO at what she does! Lashes last long, no itching or irritation! I get so many compliments every day, they just look amazing!!!

Mydygma is a true artist and takes the time and care to make sure my lashes are beautiful every time! She has been doing my lashes for over a year and people are always complimenting me on them.
