Natalie was amazing! Very professional, kind and she has the best life stories to share! You know how important is to feel comfortable with your waxing specialist, and she is a power house. I had a Brazilian wax and half leg wax, and Natalie was very meticulous and careful to don't cause me discomfort. (Which btw was minimal). Her studio was impeccable, private, calm, in a perfect location and beautiful building. 100% recommended.

I went to Everbare early on Monday morning, I was so nervous because I never got any type of wax done before so I didn't know how it would be. When I got there Irene made me feel super comfortable and honestly it was great meeting her. She was super cool and friendly and made the experience 10x better for me! It was honestly soo great and I can't wait to book my next appointment with her soon! If you ever are wondering a good place to head to for hair removal, this will be it!

The best wax yet!. Haven't been back in a few years but this is the only wax pace where the wax doesn't really hurt and you're given information that no other wax place will provide you with.

I've been seeing Irene at Everbare semi-regularly for a couple years, and am overdue for a review. Her space is clean, bright, and relaxing. Irene is warm and extremely professional. Appointments always start on time. She's very efficient (brazilian wax is over in a flash - amen) and she's very skilled. One of the best people I've seen for waxing. Highly recommend.

Irine did a great job with her new Laser hair removal machine. The experience was painless and quick and priced reasonably. I am looking forward to more sessions to finally get rid of back hair. Oh, and the nespresso coffee was a great treat!

Irine is lovely and very good at what she does. I've seen her for waxes, as well as ipl hair removal and both have been positive experiences. She communicates everything well, her space is really nice and clean, and she's quick!

First time getting a wax in Boston and based on reviews decided to come to Irene. Although overall content, compared to other places I have been, it was expensive, the lines weren't neat (something that isn't too important to me) and there was no aftercare provided by her. Biggest complaint was the wax left on my skin afterward, also more painful than usual, I think because she did bigger sections at a time. Aside from this, she was friendly, very quick and the studio seemed clean. Probably won't be back.

I'm SO happy I found Irene again, I went to her religiously while I was in college (all four years) when she was at the Newbury Day Spa. Hands down the fastest and easiest Brazilian wax you'll ever have. Very clean and warm place. Highly recommend.

I stopped waxing after moving to Boston from California, so I was pretty nervous to start getting regular Brazilian waxes after a year-long hiatus (first one is always the worst!). Luckily I found Everbare and Irene. She was very pleasant and put me at ease... but perhaps more importantly she was quick and efficient, so that the pain was over in less than 20 minutes. And she doesn't double dip her wax sticks like some places. The soothing music playing in the background helped me to zone out and focus on my breathing- it was almost a meditative experience! Never thought I'd say that.

Irine is geat. This was my first brazilian and was quite worried about the pain. The pain was very tolerable, Irene was quick and professional. Loving the results. Will definitely add this to my personal hygiene regimen.

Apparently "complete back" means half of your compete back. Lower back not included. 75$ for literally 5 minutes and 10 strips of waxing paper. No tweezering of left over hair. No skin prep before. She was quick and efficient and used nice hot wax, and I wont fault the wax itself, but I won't be back. Newbury Street Robbery for a service which is no better than what is readily availably elsewhere.

Quick service! Very professional and clean studio. Online booking was easy and the beautician was ready as soon as I got there. She offered sweets and water at the end. Will definitely be coming back every month. Oh, and great value too!

First time waxing. I read all the other reviews and decided to trust yelp. Not disappointed. It was extremely fast and even though it was a little painful I am sure it would have been worse elsewhere. Great customer service, I will be going back.

Irine was phenomenal. NO DOUBLE DIPPING (this is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to Brazilian waxing). She was chatty and made me feel very comfortable. It was quick and clean. She even offered chocolate on the way out! She's also one of the few places that offer Brazilian waxing for male, just FYI.

I 100% recommend Irene for your waxing needs. She was very sweet (she even came down to open the door when I couldn't figure out how to page the office). The spa is clean and she was very reassuring throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable there. Affordable, fast and just an amazing experience! I had a phenomenal experience with Irine. We just moved back from Denver to Boston. I was looking up brazilian wax specialists in the Back Bay, and sure enough, Irine came up. Irine is really amazing and friendly, and the experience was quick and completely painless! The salon is very clean and Irine offers a lot of advice about how to take care of your skin post-waxing.
