Your skin cells turn over on about a 30 day cycle. Facials are recommended every 4 weeks to look your freshest, or quarterly to help exfoliate away last season. Spiritual + energetic reset facials as needed. There are many methods to help harmonize our subtle energy bodies: reiki (Japan), chakra alignment (India), marma point massage (India), aromatherapy, smoke cleansing, crystal support.
There's something magical about refreshing your look. It illuminates your aura! This is where truly accepting your four bodies - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - begins. Catherine is amazing! She is so sweet and always makes me feel comfortable during my services. I get facials and eyebrow waxes from Holiday and I always leave with glowing skin and feeling so relaxed. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable and has helped heal my skin. Holiday is pure MAGIC. Please go! Catherine is a true skin care wizard. I trust her completely to work her magic on my sensitive skin, plus she’s great at communicating with you throughout so she knows what you need and you know what she’s up to. If I could live in this studio, I would. It’s like a mini vacation when you walk in. The light coming into the room, the plants, the crystals. Everything you need to feel completely at peace. Will be coming back forever!

I have been going to see Lindsay for monthly facials leading up to my wedding. She is so friendly and super professional. It is truly a spa experience and I always feel so relaxed after.
