I came in for a body perm to give my straight silky hair some body and fullness. I did bring in a photo of what I wanted. I left with small tight curls that resembled Shirly Temple. The perm rods used were too small. I was offered a reverse perm which would have ruined my hair. There was nothing left to do but have it all cut off. I was charged $120.00 as well. I am not happy. I really deserve a refund.

We moved my family to the area in 2001 and I started with Kayla shortly after. I've had many stylists at Bella since I can be a ditz and not book long enough in advance, they all work together so any stylist can see your color choice and discuss it with an other stylist. Only once did I have a color issue and it was corrected the next morning (I noticed when I got home)...no charge...so not only does Bella have great people they have great business ethic as well.

I got my first ever DevaCurl Cut with Brittany and I am beyond pleased with it. She listened to what I said about my dislikes with my current style and gave me everything I could have asked for and more. The product application method she taught me has brought new life to my curls. I thought I was a well researched curly girl and had been using the “praying hands” method of application. But the way she taught me has given me more curl definition and less frizz. I will be going back to her for all my hair needs.

Found this Salon on Groupon and did some research on a hair dresser who works here. I booked the groupon and Called in to make an appointment. I picked Dominque because of her pictures she had public on her Facebook and she has an Instagram.

If you've got curly hair, this is the place to go. Erin is my girl. My hair is not just curly, it is frizz. Erin is wonderful. For years and years I fought my curls, and would blow dry my hair straight. Only I didn't dry it, I had it done once a week (not at Bella). Then I retired and just decided I didn't want to be a slave to getting my hair done once a week, and I needed to stop fighting my natural curl. I went in today to get a cut, full highlight and blow dry. They were able to take me in the next day which worked perfectly for my schedule.
I worked with Liz and she was absolutely fantastic. My hair came out great! She is a master when it comes to foils! I can't say enough about it. She explained everything she was doing and had some unique techniques I've never had someone do before.
I highly recommend this salon. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. A+++

First off, I had a groupon and I was a little nervous, never knowing what you will get. Someone promptly greeted me, showed me around (and didn't act put out that I was using a groupon..like some restaurants might) Anyway, the lady that washed and deep conditioned my hair was really nice and friendly. My appointed was with Liz. She was awesome. She took her time and listened and I ended up with what I wanted (a long asymmetrical bob; not stacked) she was great. I would highly recommend her!! Just two tiny suggestions: 1. Maybe serve wine :) 2. Have someone sweep from the previous client before

I love this Salon. It is in a convenient spot but can be tricky to find! I would recommend Erin who does a great job with all styles of hair. I have curly hair and she is an expert at curls. She knows what I want and always succeeds in fulfilling my expectations. They have free coffee while you wait which is a plus. The prices are fair too!!

This review is specifically for Erin, DevaCurl master! She'd been cutting my hair for years at her old job, but when she moved to Bella I didn't even question moving with her. Danvers is NOT close to where I live (about an hour drive), but it's really a small inconvenience to get a great haircut every 12 weeks or so. Erin totally understands my past hair traumas (things every 80s curly-haired girl experienced) and listens to me when I say "just a tiny bit off the ends". she's shaped my hair exactly how i want it, and i can even go much longer between cuts now because

I had a really bad experience here with stylist Maggie back in Dec. and said I would never go back. Kyle, the owner saw my review and sent me a letter inviting to come back for the same price that I paid through Group on with Liz. Maggie was no loner working there. I went back and Liz did a great job. She did a full head of foils and a cut. She asked me want I wanted and did just what I requested. I would def. go back . Kyle has great customer service. This review is for my curly-haired Deva-certified maven, Erin Lavorante! She used to work at Cala Renee Salon and I've been going to her for years. When she moved, there was never any question that I would follow her. The drive from Boston is totally worth it because you know you're in good hands. I've had some bad, and I mean BAD haircuts from other stylists over the years. The cuts from Erin are the only ones I've been truly happy with.

I came here on a groupon after reading the reviews excited to get my hair cut, dyed, and highlighted. I even came with a photo of what I wanted of which the cut I had had before. They were ok with that I couldn't come till 6pm!
So I guess I was too trusting and should have stayed on the stylist... First she was done cutting and I noticed that my hair no longer had an angle... I had showed a photo of a long angled bob with the front pieces being right over the shoulders. So I had her recut at which the first thing she did was chop 2 more inches of the front.... I forgot to write my review back in march, but I am going back for an appointment in a few weeks so I figured I'll do it now! I went to Bella salon because I got a groupon, I got one for a wash, cut and full highlights. I saw Liz, who was just great. Since I was seeing a new stylist, I brought a picture of the color I wanted. It was my first time going blonde, so she was very understanding that I didn't want to go too drastic just yet.
