Services
Our mission is to be the facility of choice for patients, employees and physicians by providing high-quality care to our community. At Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, the pillar of our operation is the delivery of quality healthcare in the most appropriate, safe, patient-centered care environment.
Centrally located in lovely Delaware County, Rosewood Gardens is a full-service Medicare and Medicaid certified rehabilitation and nursing center. Whether guests are in need of short term rehab or long term nursing care, they receive individualized, respectful support in a comfortable, friendly and residential setting.
My Dad spent almost three years at Rosewood Gardens - and it was a great experience. The staff took tremendous care of him and it was also obvious the staff (and management!) cared about the residents. Most if not all the people we were in contact with stayed with the new company and that is comforting for the current residents.
Rapid Recovery is a specially designed clinical excellence program that is personalized to each resident we serve. The program integrates all levels of care from your hospital stay, rehabilitation at our facility, plan to return home, and communication back to your primary physician. Creating this continuum of care helps each patient return home quicker and helps prevent rehospitalization stays.
This level of care is for those needing a short rehabilitation or nursing stay in order to transition back to their prior level of care. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and respiratory therapy up to 7 days a week. We also utilize our Rapid Recovery Program to personalize your stay and get you home sooner.

I worked at Rosewood with A staffing Agency and let me say this is by far the cleanest and most welcoming facility I have ever worked with. The staff treat the residents with much dignity and respect. They still over exercising classes and activities. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will be putting in an application to join the rosewood team permanently.

Well I can honestly say after two months of my mother being in I’m not very pleased, they’re not all lazy but a lot of them are and I found out why, I am told that the nurses are not leaving reports for the aids to help, so that means if the aids don’t have the information then they can’t do their job. Five days have gone by and my mother needs pumps on her legs she has not seen the pumps for five days she has lymphedema, she has not gotten her legs done with cream, the therapy that she supposed to be getting it’s based upon her getting out of the bed, she’s not getting taken out of

The staff was welcoming and they are kind to my brother. Everyone was very friendly. For 20 years our mother was the Director of nursing of two different local nursing homes, so my brother and I have pretty high expectations. Rosewood definitely met those expectations. On my most recent visit I met my brothers nurse Lauren. She was lovely and my bother couldn’t speak highly enough of her. She is so kind. The nurse at the desk is so kind, sincere and informative. I’m sorry her name is slipping my mind. She is blonde, friendly and remembers my brother each time he comes back from the hospital

My aunt was accepted at Rosewood after a week in the hospital. She had blacked out at her apartment. Her pressure was extremely high. Rosewood was one of three places recommended for her rehab. She and I are grateful for her acceptance. She felt very comfortable with the staff, her room, and the food. She is confident that she will regain her strength and mobility here! Thanks, Rosewood! You have put a smile on her face and I can rest at night knowing that she is going to be okay!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My father has been a resident for the past 18 months and I feel fortunate we were able to get him into this facility. Kelly Collins and her staff helped put the light back in my father’s eyes and a smile back to his face. He was pretty depressed prior to moving into Rosewood and now he’s got his spunk back. The kindness and compassion shown by the recreational therapy staff can’t be matched. A lot of the employees are aces. My husband and I are always greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Covid was hard for all of the facilities

A review on behalf of my mom…My husband has been a resident of Rosewood Gardens for almost 18 months and I have been extremely happy with the people and the care that he has received during that time. From Sandy at the front desk who always welcomes the visitors with a smile, to the physical therapy team, the nursing staff, and especially the recreation team led by Kelly Collins and her staff, I am very pleased with the care and attention he receives. Even when my husband or other residents may not be having their best days, Kelly is always responsive, caring, and empathetic, and she and her

It all starts with the very pleasant, friendly and warm receptionist that you meet at the front door upon entrance. I have visited on several evening occasions and each and every time I’ve been impressed with her warm, friendly and welcoming manner. My feeling is Rosewood Garden is extremely fortunate to have someone like her representing them. The staff on the lower level is also friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall a very pleasant experience. Especially the night receptionist at the front entrance. She’s special.

We’ve had a horrible experience with this facility. Our dad has Parkinson’s disease and we couldn’t take care of him anymore. He even got to the point where he would hallucinate frequently. This place was not caring or compassionate to our dad’s situation. We even heard staff yelling at him and calling him names. This type of place is supposed to be able to care for someone with Parkinson’s, like our dad. We were desperate for help from this place and struggled to get any so we reached out to the corporate office and were put in touch with some woman named Ann-Marie. She was completely

Words can't...and they can describe the experience I just had, with the overall Rosewood Gardens staff. This is my unbiased opinion based on the experience I had. The respect, knowledge, integrity and more that came with a quick but channeled follow up, can be and truly was profound. From the woman nurse who assist my grandmother to her room (I'm sorry I never got your Name), to Kandy, Freddy, the recreations department and every one that may or May not have been involved. In less than 24 hours, myself with the Help of others, has put me in the position to be able to make my grandmother have a
