We had carpet put in by them a couple years ago. Immediately after they'd installed it, any time we walked barefoot on the steps our feet would get poked by what felt like sharp pointy metal poking up through the carpet. We've even gotten actual cuts on our feet from it a handful of times. I don't know if whatever it is was supposed to be hammered down, or there's another layer that was supposed to be under the carpet to cover it so it wouldn't poke through, or what. We purchased carpet on 9/1/17 from bill. we told him that we just remodeled kitchen,living room,dinning room,including all new wood floors through whole house except bedrooms which we wanted new carpet when all flooring was completed and back together. the carpet was last thing to be done, sounds simple right? well not for them,after carpet was done we found a large gash in 7 day old $8,000. worth wood floors. bill actually asked me, "well did you tell them the floors were new" omg I about hit the ceiling!!!!!! he said he had a guy that would fix them I laughed at him eventually asking
