The food at this market is unbelievably great!!
There attention to detail and the friendly service is amazing no other company seems to understand what service means anymore but they have it nailed down.
Chicken salad BLT amazing, Chicken Parm, Eggplant Rollatini ( I just finished eating Eggplant tonight) are all amazing!
I’ve been going there for 17 years doesn’t get any better than this!

Incredible quality food and amazing staff, what more can you ask for? Shop here often and am always impressed but the Amish country turkey I got for Thanksgiving was next level quality. We ended up changing plans and having a smaller gathering and the staff at Cav’s happily spatchcocked the turkey and split it in half so we could cook half and freeze half. If you aren’t shopping here yet, do yourself a favor!

Got a recommendation from a friend to grab some meat from their deli and that they were bringing in special turkeys for Thanksgiving. Service and selection were both outstanding. I could not be happier with the result of my cook. The turkey came out phenomenal on a Kamado Joe jotissierie. Also saw some prime bone in short ribs that I had to have.

My kids picked out subs when we happened to be up in this area of town and decided to stop in. They both said they were the best subs they have ever had. It is further away for us so not sure how often we will get back.
The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that we had about the different products. We did buy some stuffed chicken breasts which cooked and tasted amazing. There was a lot of different types of food and beverage items to have something different from your normal selections.
The girls also loved the Olive bar they set up and picked 3 different types to try at

I have finally found an Italian deli that actually makes their own mozzarella! And it is GREAT! They also have the ring sausage that I love. Their famous chicken salad is the best with an excellent selection of homemade sausages, and prepared meats. Many prepared foods, house made salads, soups, sauces, you name it they have it. SO thankful I found this place. I won't buy my sausage anywhere else. If you go here you won't be disappointed. Believe me!!!

We’ve shopped at Cavallari’s for 6 years and were disappointed only once. Those are pretty good odds. During the pandemic it has been problematic because my husband is very high risk on two accounts. Not too many non-chain places are offering curbside. However, if we shop during the week and avoid peak shopping times, Cavallari has been great about handing the groceries out the front door. We do the entire transaction by phone and stock our freezer about every 3 months. The guys in the meat department are wonderful! I see complaints about prices but, it’s happening everywhere. I once loved this place, but upon recent visit change my mind. $5.00 romaine lettuce is not gourmet, it's gouging. And the cashiers on Sunday were unpleasant and did not seem they enjoyed working or thanking people for shopping there.No smiles, no greeting. Being kind and pleasant are free unless you decide to shop here, then it's pretty much based on whim. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I want to feel recognized and appreciated that is first line of service.

Love this place Absolutely the best!! The quality of their fresh and homemade foods are outstanding. If you haven't been to Cavallari's, it's a must go to!! You will notice be disappointed. From their, quality fresh beef, poultry to their deli counter subs are amazing! They have Italian cookies and cakes and pastries as well. Pasta, breads, sauces, cheeses and so much more.

I might be in love. My husband deliberately avoided bringing me with him up until now because he knew i would want to buy everything.
He was right.
Fresh sandwiches, endless selection of sausages, pre-packaged meals, and a beautiful selection of gourmet jams, sauces, seasonings, and beer. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely a dream shop for foodies and home chefs!

Munch better then last time. Let's start with the prepared foods in refrigerator ( not frozen). The manicotti is amazing. Five star all the way. Creamy tasty cheese filling, great Italian tomato sauce and tender great pasta. Cook it at 350 a bit longer then the recommendation. I would do 25-30 minutes.
Lasagna- delicious but only a 4 star because it needs more cheese. Then it would also be a 5 star. Tender pasta and great sauce and mixture of beef and pork.
Last of prepared foods is the nine inch chicken pot pie. Less then 4 stars. Crust is great and flaky

Their Andouille is terrible. Actually isn't even close to a (Cajun) Louisiana style. It is suppose to be slow smoked pork. Cavallari's is like a breakfast sausage that is way to salty.
Hint: order some Jacob's Andouille from Louisiana and compare

WOW! So glad I happened to venture across Red Bug Lake Road, via the trans-Seminole Trail and discovered Cavallari. I visited twice while my wife was in the hospital, just picking up treats for me, my wife, our my daughter, and our daughter's friend. The cannolis are terrific, my wife loves them. If you check-in on Facebook, you get a mini-cannoli free!

I wanted a soppressatta and fresh mozzarella sub and looked online and checked and yes, they were open until 7:00. I took the twenty minute drive and walked in and approached the deli counter and asked for a sub and was told that the "sub station" was closed. I asked what time and he said 6:30 as he walked away. I looked at my phone and saw it was 6:33. Give it the few minutes I waited, well, it would have been close. But they advertise their market is open until 7:00. No apology, I actually ft dismissed. This is my go to for chicken caesar wraps and chicken salad sandwiches. Although I prefer the latter sometimes I have to be kinda healthy.
They feature boars head meats for the subs, premade meals (you just need to heat up), desserts, salads, pasta, huge meat selection, wine and beer.
The employees are always friendly and the banana pudding is bomb.

The meats are absolutely excellent in this specialty shop- they melt in your mouth. The meats of course carry a specialty price that are close to double what you will pay in a supermarket. Not a regular customer, but

Cavallari has a nice selection of meats, prepared foods, and alcohol! The little shop is located in a shopping plaza in Oviedo near Home Depot. We've tried some of their baked stuffed chicken in the past and it came out great in the oven. Their cannolis are tasty too! I heard they serve beer here but I didn't see any list of beers they serve on my last visit so I am guessing they mean you can pull one out of the fridge and enjoy it inside or outside. There are a few high top bar seats inside and a couple patio tables outside. All in all, a friendly, casual place in town where locals shop
