Manzano's Beachside Deli

We recently ordered from there and had the Coney Island. I am now addicted especially to the bread. the sandwiches are loaded. Best sandwich I've had in a long time!

Fresh, LOADED, high quality subs! The items you choose are not pre-sliced and not pre-measured out of a plastic bag...they truly are fresh deli style. Subs are made with care, which takes a couple very worthwhile minutes. *Keep in mind that a "full" sub at Manzano's is HUGE, and probably more than most would eat in one sitting!* The cheesesteak was amazing, the pastrami was insane, the fresh cut French fries were perfection, and the loaded tater tots...to die for. Thank you Manzano's for serving such quality--can't wait to try yet another one of your masterpieces!!

Ordered Italian Stallion & Big Lebowski. Both made right and were awesome and fresh. Bread is crusty and delicious. Will order again!

I ordered a small Italian stallion. Pictured is only half of a small. Will have to eat the other half later. It was so AMAZING though. I came from up north and visiting my son here in Winter Park. Decided to try this place on DoorDash and it was so good! Wish it was closer to me. 😃. My son got the meatball not pictured and it was also AMAZING.

Ordered a LG Italian Stallione and tots to share, and it was just ok. Sub definitely needs more of a bite, and seasoning. The tator tots were so over fried that they were half exploded and super extra crispy (couldn't enjoy them). We were excited to try a new sub place based on reviews, but were disappointed in the overall experience. What you could see of the kitchen/prep areas were super dirty. Staff just hanging out.

Great Hot pastrami bagel sandwiches. Also, try their chicken, pesto and mozzarella panini sandwich. Fire 🔥🙌💯

I didn’t really know what to expect going in due to the mixed reviews, however, after trying it out twice I can confirm that the subs are SO good and the bread is amazing. They even sell the bread itself for $3 a loaf and it is well worth it! We got a Maverick and the Italian Stallion which are some of the most popular subs. The half sizes are extremely filling! We will definitely be going back! Staff was nice. Definitely not rude like other reviews indicated.

Ordered online for “Grilled & Cheesy.” I had such high expectations for this, the combinations of flavors looked so good! Got my order, and I’m so disappointed. $30 for microwaved grilled cheeses. I can make a better one myself at home, which I did later. They’re deli sandwiches might be good, but please avoid Grilled & Cheesy, it’s a total scam :/

Delicious Italian Stallion sub! Even at half size, it was huge! My wife and I had plenty split (it was like 9 inches”. The bread is fresh and crunchy and delicious. The sub was appropriately topped, deliciously put together and quickly made for us - we were pleased with the speed! If you want dinner, they close at 7 but are on the ordering services. Yum!

I am a huge Manzonos fan. Normally one of the best places I get a sandwich from. I heard of this new location in Winter Park awhile ago but finally got to try it and I have to admit, I wasn't impressed and it isn't up to par with New Smyrna or DeLand. I normally don't mind the price point because they're loaded. But I'll let the photo speak for itself. Sad to say, but I don't know if I'd go back to this one...

Had high hopes and really wanted to support a local business. I feel ripped off. Ordered NSB sandwich last week and it had exactly one piece of turkey. For $9.00 I expect a decent portion. Unacceptable. The photo of what I should have received vs what I received isn't even close.

The rueben wasn't as great however. Meat was strange tasting. Not a lot of flavor otherwise.
The zucchini fries were definitely old and/or refried. Awful old oil flavor and heartburn city! The side is such a key part of the meal!!
Sandwiches were wrapped haphazardly and they turned into salads with bread before we even opened.
Italian saved it for sure and bread is great, will try again because of that sandwich

I absolutely love the subs from this place but there have been several times my simple order of a ham, bacon, provolone, mayo and lettuce has been messed up. Today there was no lettuce, cheddar, and chipotle mayo. Again, I love these subs - I just wish I received the correct sub half the time!

Love the sandwiches here!! I loved going to the New Smyrna location for years and was delighted they opened one here. They seriously make the best Italian style subs and paninis. Great bread, deli meat, meatballs, variety. There's nothing flashy about their business. They are a family owned sub shop and that's it. I wouldn't say they are expensive at all. Their subs are huge. A whole is too much food for the average person. My one (minor) complaint is although I love the staff, they are always on the young side, and sometimes they don't make the ice tea, and sometimes they aren't on top of cleaning

The bread is something you dream about in your free time. It's a very special 'batard' loaf you can't find anywhere else in Orlando. Huge, too! And tons of sandwich options. Suits anyone's tastes.
Honestly makes you forget about the sad dining room and lack of enthusiasm from the staff. I just hope they do well for a long time! It's one of those places that seems highly underrated and easy to pass over. Maybe I'm wrong and we just got at slow times (??)

I was introduced to Manzano's in DeLand. Happened to see one opened in Winter Park. Stopped in to grab my favorite (OK Corral add sriracha and olives). Sandwich did not disappoint! So happy it's up to snuff!

Parking is awful, but that's Orlando for you. The store needs a sprucing up, but that doesn't affect the quality of the sandwiches one bit! If you're in the area, it's definitely worth grabbing one.

So we used Doordash to try this place during a doctors appointment. Wow! First let me say they were so quick! From the time I ordered until we had our food was under 20 minutes.

So I got the 911 half sized sandwich , and my son got the turkey half sized sandwich. I need to say thank you to the restaurant for following my special notes on my kids sandwich. He's super picky and only likes turkey and bread. So THANK YOU!

When the order came, I thought for sure the guy had grabbed the wrong order. The size of the half sized sandwiches was twice as big as expected. Mine was so hot!

Stopped in this location this evening for a quick bite to eat. Was not expecting to be served with some legit authentic New York bagel. This spot has a unique sense of character that works for them. Best part is that they serve breakfast sandwiches all day! Told them to surprise me with a breakfast sandwich and they nailed it!! Great spot, will come again.

Don't order through Bitesquad. Waited 30 extra min because order was delayed at restaurant. Driver calls at restaurant to tell me they don't have fries but I can have two bags of chips instead. So I can short change my order from $4 fries to $2 chips? Tempting but nah. Gets here less than 10 min later with rest of order, a soggy salad and and ice cold Rueben. Pro-tip: if you want to shut down your fryer early to close don't accept orders for fries after. Fail

Delicious sandwiches on very light tasty rolls. Lots of choices. The half is a lot to eat & the 15 inch is dinner for 2 or 3. Made to order. Large selection of hot & cold yummy in the tummy with or without fries to eat in or pick up for a easy take home meal. Will definitely be back. Prices are good.
