Services
Extended Love Child Development Center is located in Pleasant Prairie and serves the entire Kenosha, Wisconsin, area. Our purpose is to provide an optimal environment for young children to develop their emotional, social, physical, and intellectual self. Watch the video to learn more about us. DCFS requires staff to have, at the least, Introduction to Early Childhood Professional (a non-credit class).
Our philosophy is that children learn from play. We've created an environment here at Extended Love where children can learn through exploration in a comfortable, home-like environment. Our programs are designed for children to enjoy and parents to feel comfortable. We also utilize tools like the "ProCare" communication tool.

Extended Love is a great place to send your children for child care. My Son and Daughter have attended Extended Love for over seven years and we could not be happier. The owner and staff are wonderful and really care about the kids. Our kids have always enjoyed going and only complain when I come to pick them up “too early”. Extended Love has always been very accommodating and even allowed our kids to attend on Wednesday’s after our Grade School started making Wednesday a virtual day. I would highly recommend Extended Love to anyone looking for quality childcare.

Our family has been with ELCDC for 2-1/2 years and have loved every bit of it. The owner Ann truly cares and her passion shows in the staff. We chose Extended Love because when we dropped by to tour the facility, she gave us a tour on the spot. No prepping, no stagging! There was nothing to hide, and the daycare is always ready to show. Additionally, the reliability to always remain open, snow etc.. has been great for a two job household. Can't recommend strongly enough, stop by unexpected for a tour... How many daycares will give you that treatment??

ELCDC has been a second home to my children for over 6 years. We have been incredibly blessed with some of the best teachers (truly my kids LOVE you guys) who have loved our kids as their own, who consistently challenge and invest in them, who fill their days with endless energy, fun activities and laughs. My daughter has been attending since she was 1 and my son since he was 6 weeks so when I say we would be lost without you guys.. I mean it. Hats off to you guys for consistently showing up for our kids, we appreciate it.

I have to give a special shout-out to Deanna and Jolene for making me feel super safe and comfortable leaving my daughter with them. Also to Ashley and Allison in the baby room!! Ann, the director and owner, is absolutely amazing with children. I feel my kids are as safe and loved going here as they are going to my moms. I'd recommend Extended Love to anyone searching for a safe space for their babies.

This childcare center provides a wonderful environment for the children and families they serve. It is clean, safe, and well organized. The teachers work very hard to provide excellent care for the children. They care about them as if they were their own. Activities are well prepared and help educate the children while letting them explore and play. The administration staff is amazing. As most businesses, there can be conflict, but the director always takes problems as they come and resolves them immediately to the best of her ability. She is very genuine and professional. The name speaks for itself. When moving to the area over six years ago, we were looking for a daycare that was more of a learning community for our growing family. After two previously challenging experiences with franchise-care and a licensed in-home care, we were excited to enroll at Extended Love. My wife and I have had our son here for over a year now and we have no complaints. This place genuinely cares for children. Their staff is kind and professional and they are well organized. They have quality programs that help children develop cognitively and emotionally. They even have Spanish class! Our son loves attending here! Our experience at Extended Love was awesome! My daughters had excellent teachers who engaged them on a daily basis. Every staff member would greet my children by name as they walked down the hallway even if my children had never directly had those staff members as teachers. Extended Love definitely has a family atmosphere! There is a great playground area for the children to play on, family nights, and special field trips. The 4K program is fantastic.
