Tim was awesome. This was a short sale and timing was critical. Tim made the time to be there when needed on short notice, he was on time and showed me a lot during the inspection. This is the first time we had a inspection done, and we were remote and not there at the inspections. Tim Malley was responsive, he answer all the and provided a detail report with pictures of any problem areas.

I recently used Tim for a home inspection and I am so glad I did! He arrived to the house early and took pictures of just about everything we could need. He walked through the house with me and showed me everything as we went along that would need attention/would be in the report. He was so helpful with all of the questions I had and after the report said to give him a call with any questions. The report as well was so organized and was very detailed with pictures to go along with whatever he was mentioning in the report. I would 100% recommend Tim and this company.
