Grandmaster Lai is an 8th Dan black belt with over 40 years of Taekwondo training and teaching experience.

My experience with Yushen Lai's Taekwondo Academy has been exemplary ever since my first day there, years ago.The masters and instructors are all extremely wise and care about each of the students. The students themselves are friendly and easy to get along with, as well as being skilled themselves. Overall, there is very warm and welcome atmosphere to the dojang where great friends can be met and fun times can be had. I would personally recommend this dojang to anyone who wants to have a fantastic martial arts experience.
