Virginia Title & Settlement Solutions is a full-service title company dedicated to facilitating smooth, efficient title and escrow services to our growing community. Lisa K. Nichols, Director of Operations, has owned and operated a title agency in Northern Virginia since 2005. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business in 1986.
There are two distinct parts to the closing process - Closing & Escrow and Title Insurance. We not only provide a stress-free, professional and friendly closing process, but we also conduct a title examination of the property to determine its ownership history, revealing any easements, restrictions, and any liens that may encumber the property.
Our closing process is comprehensive, allowing you to spend less time on paperwork and more time doing what you do best. Effectively communicate and coordinate with all parties to the transaction, ensuring all parties have accurate, up to date information throughout the process. Obtain mortgage payoffs, tax records, homeowners association assessments, etc., to ensure all existing debts are satisfied at closing.

I am a local realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. I represented my own home listing of which the buyers picked Virginia Title as their processor. In my short 3 yrs of selling homes, VA Title was by far the best team i have ever worked with. From the communication with Leah to the closing with Lisa, it was just 10 star service. They are professional, personable and quick. My settlement was today at 1pm. by 2:30pm all of my funds hit my bank account. No need to go anywhere else for your title work.
