I had planned on giving a 5 star review because we were very happy with the pricing and service but upon 2 weeks of sleeping in the beds we purchased, we realized how uncomfortable they were (we purchased the 2 twin xl to make a king with 2 adjustable bases). Now that is not their fault in the least as we aren’t happy with the MLILY brand mattresses, but I had my husband to call and ask if they had any guarantee because other mattress places do offer that so we were just curious. The owner literally laughed in a smart Alec way at my husband like it was such an absurd question. We would have went

I highly recommend Mr. Mattress! The owner was helpful in our selection, then went beyond reasonable to support the sale. We had a small concern with our purchase and he immediately stepped up to make sure we were satisfied. For a small fee, a delivery company brought the new mattress and hauled off our old memory foam. The prices were compatible with “on-line” deals, plus we got superior service.

At the suggestion of a good friend of mine, I purchased a mattress from here approximately eight months ago. Mike and Marti were so helpful in the selection process and I ended up having great conversation with them once the mattress was loaded into my car. My only regret is not writing the review sooner! I’d recommend the Bed Boss selection they carry as I’ve gotten great sleep since my purchase. Mike and Marti, thank you, so much!

Our son was in need of a new mattress. When we went shopping with him, we decided to update our mattress as well. Since then, our daughter and son-in-law have purchased a mattress also. We purchased a 15 inch memory foam mattress from Mr. Mattress about two years ago, and we could not be more pleased with the comfort and quality! We went back today to purchase two more memory foam mattresses, one to replace our daughter's traditional spring set, and the other for our guest bedroom. Before we bought our memory foam mattress, we would enjoy staying at nice hotels for the comfort of a high quality mattress. Now, when we travel, we cannot wait to get home to our own bed . The Mr. Mattress owners are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended!

We looked around in stores and online to find the best deal at Mr.Mattress in Knoxville. We were even able to upgrade to a king size mattress and spent less than we would have at competitors . We love our new mattress! The customer service was excellent.. he gave us space and plenty of time so we could find the right fit for us, but was available to answer any questions we had. We had a fabulous experience!

My wife and I were looking around for a new mattress; after exploring various options we found Mr. Mattress. We were greeted by the owner Mike and treated very well. We also got a great deal since my wife is a student at UT and he gives student discounts. Very friendly service and absurdly happy with our purchase. Went today to price 3 bunk bed type mattresses. We are a foster family and were in need of the extra beds to continue to serve. After pricing at several stores I went to Mr. Mattress. I was greeted by Mike and explained to him our need. He gave us a much better price than anywhere around. After loading the mattresses he came in to tell me we owed nothing. I am still astonished at the generosity that was given to us today. My family is now able to serve more children. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Mr. Mattress.
