Went in and explained a situation, that I was buying a bed for a woman that didn't have a bed or anything except the clothes on her back. Quickly found a bed with the helpful staff, and paid for it and about to leave when a gentleman offered me a headboard at a price I couldn't turn down. Friendly environment, helpful staff and highly recommended place to shop. We will be back soon to purchase our own mattress.

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!! We had gone to so many mattress stores in Knoxville in search of a quality, comfortable mattress at a good price and had no luck until coming here. There were so many options within our budget and Donna worked so hard to take care of us! The staff is amazing and we are incredibly happy with our purchase and our experience here. I badly needed two beds. I tried to buy online and was overwhelmed by the options and the price. I saw the rave reviews for Discount Mattress and decided to visit. I was in and out in 20 minutes with two high quality beds at half the price I was going to pay. I was truly blown away by the people there, the quality of beds I was able to purchase and the reasonable prices. I will never ever go anywhere else for a bed.

I recommend Discount Mattress over any Nationwide retailer. My husband and I went to several stores looking for a King mattress. The prices at Discount Mattresses are unbeatable. I promise you will be amazed.

I was getting ready to order an online mattress from Wayfair, but even with the 100 night free trial (and return) policy, it still made me nervous to order a mattress without laying on it first. I decided to check out Discount Mattress because of their good reviews, and boy am I glad I did. Excellent customer service (non-pushy, just helpful), awesome price, and same day delivery!! I got a mattress that feels identical to my Serta, at a third the price. This was probably one of the best furniture shopping experience of my life. I dreaded going to shop for a mattress, but I am so glad I stopped in here. Not only did I get a great deal on a wonderful mattress, but they really made me feel like family! I interacted with 5 or so different employees and they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great selection of brands and great quality of mattresses! We bought a quality king sized bed for a very affordable price! Prices are amazing, no better deals than those from this store! Costumer service was beyond belief! We completed our transaction in less than 20 minutes, got a complimentary mattress waterproof cover, and got it delivered and installed within 3 hours from our visit! Highly recommend!!

They were super helpful with helping me find a great mattress within my price point! The particular mattress I eventually got was not in stock, but they gave me their card with the information of my mattress and reserved one for me when it came in. Not only did I receive great service, they were also kind enough to load it into my vehicle. Admittedly that's probably standard everywhere, but still, they were super nice about it.
