The dress I had altered was done beautifully. She was able to change it to a corset back and hemmed the bottom as it dragged a bit. Her prices are also very cheap although I have nothing to base that on. She is also in the process of hemming my bfs pants for the wedding we will be attending. Giving her adequate time to make alterations is most definitely appreciated.

I went in for a appointment to get my train shortened on my wedding dress. She was very honest about what she could do and couldn't do.
My wedding dress was custom made by a african designer, so to say I have a small dress is a big understatement. Ultimately she said it may be better to get a 2nd dress or not touch it all.
I only took 1 star off because she couldn't do the work I wanted. But overall the service was great!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! This woman has horrible customer service. She is a big mouth that wants to hear herself talk and DOES NOT CARE about your time. She will waste your time AFTER YOU ARE DONE WITH YOU TRANSACTION just talking. She does not care what you have to get to or what other customers are waiting next. I literally waited four 25 minutes while she talked the previous customer's ear off. This customer LITERALLY tried to leave on 4 different occasions for 20 minutes! This woman did not care she just kept talking. Please do yourself

I brought my daughters prom dress here for alterations. The seamstress was very knowledgeable and educated us about trying to change the neckline to a plunging v on a dress with no back. It made perfect sense and we would have never have thought of the fact that it would just pull open in the front and not work. Overall they did a good job although the left bottom hem was longer than the right. The dress has a small train. The shop smells of pot smoke a little. The price was great.

Overpriced. I went in 2 years ago to hem a formal bridesmaid dress and she charged around $50. Ouch but I was desperate. Decided to give her another shot with a summer dress this year and for a hem she wanted $35. More than the price of the dress! I won't be going back, these prices are unreasonable.

This tailor-seamstress at the beginning of the Benson strip comes off a bit curt, but the job she does for the prices she does it at is worth the slightly strained interactions. I called in a few times to get a quote about a bridesmaid dress I needed altered for a wedding. I think the phone number must be her cell phone because the first time I called she answered it but told me she was at the dentist. I was pretty confused, and hung up. I had a lace dress with a scalloped bottom shortened, which I was nervous about but it was done perfectly. The two day turnaround is so convenient and does not at all sacrifice quality! The prices are unbeatable as well, much less than what I would have expected for the complexity of what I had done.

I needed to have a dress hemmed that I'm wearing for my beach wedding in Hawaii. I came here solely based on the reviews! I was not disappointed. The turn around was 2 days and she charged me $20. The dress fit perfect and the hem was pure perfection.

Amazing work. Ana got my wedding gown altered in 6 days. When a sleeve still didn't fit, she pinned it on the spot and fixed that within 48 hours! She was direct and to the point and gave me great advice. She was honest with me that my gown did not need hemming, which would have double or tripled my bill. Her family was helpful when I came in for fittings. At my final fitting she told me I looked like Snow White in my dress, which would put a smile on any bride's face! My gown did not have overly complex beading but did have a bodice she had to take apart. Very reasonable prices for how
