Jack's Tailors did amazing work for me in a very short amount of time. I was a groomsman, and waited too long to get the alterations I needed. Jack's had me totally covered. Totally recommend.

Connie is so sweet and did so well with my bridesmaid dress. I needed it taken up a bit and she did amazing. She was very quick, responsive and fairly priced. I only had three weeks till the wedding and she had it done a week before. I was a bit frantic trying to find a place I trusted with how short of a time frame and she completed it with plenty of time to spare. I will most definitely be bringing anything I need altered to her. She and her staff are incredible!

I've always loved Jack's. I've been going there for 15 years, dealing with the exact same staff, and going periodically - yet they still know exactly who I am on a first name basis! I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. they just did a customization on a hat that I thought was impossible, not to mention that dozens of pants and suits they have hemmed up for me. you literally cannot go wrong.

I've been going to Jack's Tailors for years, but over the past few months, their quality has gone down. I brought 2 items to them and not only did they not do what I asked but made my articles of clothing inches shorter than discussed. I asked for a zipper on the side of one of the items and they put it in the back. Not sure what happened to the service and quality, but since their prices have gone up too, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I recommended a friend here, and she also was incredibly disappointed with her clothing item as well.

All I have to say is WOW, these ladies are amazing. This was the best experience getting clothes fixed I've ever had. I ripped a big hole down the butt of my favorite pants (winter time weight, you know how it is) and decide to see if they were salvageable. I also brought in my favorite hoodie that had a very minor tear on the pocket, easy fix but the hoodie had some unique colors. Not only did they match the new thread with the my hoodie colors perfectly, but they saved my favorite jeans! Looks like they were never even fixed. The owner is the nicest lady who won't mind chatting to you

5 Star Customer Service. This is our first experience with a professional tailor. My son needed his homecoming slacks taken in at the waist. The pants fit perfectly. We will definitely be using Jack's Tailors in the future and HIGHLY recommend them.

Connie is a miracle worker! Brought in 2 suit jackets, a pair of suit pants, and 2 vests that needed to be let out in about a week and a half. Went to pick up on Saturday, everything fit perfectly! She painstakingly went through seam-by-seam to get the job done rather than adding paneling or something of that nature and her hard work definitely shows. You can't even tell any work was done, and that's the way it should be! Would highly recommend for everyday tailoring as well as those trickier jobs!!

Got introduced to this fabulous Family ran tailor. It really has the small town feel to it. Walking in the first time there was a bit of a line. Connie was so personable with each person knew them by name, asked about how life was and events. Quick fast and responsive to what I needed.
