Larry is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. We moved in August, it's now January, still no repairs to the property from previous tenants, no smoke alarms, and the cherry on top, no plumbing now. Basic maintenance of properties is ignored for more than a decade at a time, and having anything major repaired requires several phone calls and threats of attorneys. Thank heavens he can use my mother as his eyes and ears on the house I ended up in, so he didn't have to check on the property all summer while the "handyman
