We are selling our home FSBO. We have not asked for any help from this person though the letter says we clicked for a property valuation (not true). Im guessing they took our private facebook community post for our home as an okay for facebook stalking, mail to our home, and emails unsolicited to us. Nothing worse then a business that won't respect someone's privacy.
Update 3/19: They were kind enough to let us know they pulled our information from the Zillow For Sale By Owner page and somehow took that as us wanting their service?

I had the pleasure of working with Jodee on the purchase of my first home. I cannot say enough great things about her. I am not a person to write reviews, but her professionalism, friendliness, determination, and compassion are amazing. From the first phone call to even after the closing, she has been the most friendly and helpful person I can imagine. She truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is spot on, gets you in for showings, offers great advice on making an offer, and fights for her clients to get their house. She even took the time out of her schedule to rectify a few things

The Conrad Nelson Team is the best! I cannot say enough about these ladies! Silvia and Denise are amazing at their passion - because it is not just a job to them! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. More than that, they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We did not have what I would call an "easy" house to sell and they were always available for questions and concerns. They never made me feel like I was a pest - even though I think I was! I wish I had the ability to give 0 stars. We had the most awful experience with this place. First of all, our landlords broker (who I believe is named Patty) left in the middle of our final walk through. I presume she left because the house we were to be moving into was a complete and total disaster. After going round and round with their ignorant staff I was told that if I wanted the home cleaned from the previous tenants it would be "coming out of my own pocket" and there was "no way in hell" that they would be held responsible for the dump that the previous tenants left behind. So I took matters
