I am a buyer who closed on a condo yesterday that was represented by Ron Wynn and his team. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Throughout the entire process, they have been rude, unaccommodating and completely uncaring about my experience and making sure that I am getting what I need and what is mine after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new home.

If I could give Ron no star I would. He is a liar, dishonest old man and is only looking for your money. If you hire him to sell your home he will start with a high price just to get the listing from you and after a few weeks will ask you to drop the price. He will sell your house for under the market price so he can collect his commission. He will not hold the open houses himself and will ask his friends from other offices to hold it for him, mostly the new agents that don't even know how to hold an open house.

Ron is an unscrupulous unethical real estate agent. We thought he was a top agent in Santa Monica and we were dead wrong. Stay clear from this guy. His MO on how he's been scamming people is that he will leave out information about the properties he is selling to buyers that don't know any better only to find out the facts after. Also, he will hire in our case friends of his who do appraisals to make sure the value comes in much lower so he can sell your home at a much lower price then it should be. I had a great experience using Ron. He was highly professional, clearly knew the market extremely well and how to approach it, and was always readily available for any questions or concerns I may have had. Although it was very much of a seller's market and I knew my house would not be difficult to sell, he maximized the offers so I could have the optimum price offers and circumstances from which to choose. In my case though, not only was Ron Wynn horrific, he was truly negligent and quite likely, professionally fraudulent. I was referred to Ron Wynn and I was told he is one of the best in the country. I realize he is one of the best.. at making money for himself. As someone who does not know a lot about selling a house I trusted him which now I know was a huge mistake on my part.
