I'm originally from a small town in Michigan and visit my family there as often as I can. I am a toddler mom. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, beach days with my little one, and personal development. We were selling our house and had met with about a half-dozen realtors. We felt like no one was listening to us and everyone was pricing our house at about the same value we bought it (4+ years earlier), even with the rising LA market AND an ocean view.
