Just got home our 2nd annual girls trip to Wilderness Wind. This place is the most beautiful, friendly, and relaxing place. The hospitality is better than any other place I've stayed, including hotels. I'm bringing the family back in September!!

Stayed here with a couple kids at the Moose lodge. Had a fantastic time, the atmosphere is great, the spot is spectacular. Great lake, nice beach area and available amenities. Ely, even though in somewhat of a lockdown, has plenty to offer. Will definitely try to come back again next year. Thanks again!

Loved my stay here. I was late in the season, so quiet and peaceful. Sunsets of the lake were spectacular and different each night! The art show at the park was great too, as were the little galleries in town. Took a day paddle, went for a day hike, went to the bear and wolf centers. Great vacation.

My wife and I stayed in the Wolf Cabin at Wilderness Wind Resort and had a blast. We took a Canoe out on Armstrong Lake and caught a bunch of Bass and Pike. All of the volunteers we worked with were extremely friendly and accommodating. We planned for them to bring us into the BWCA for a day trip but Mother Nature had other plans. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came to the Ely area for a weekend away. We chose Wilderness Wind randomly for the price and location. I'm so glad we did! We loved our Wolf cabin. It has just what you need including a beautiful view of the lake form the cabin window. We were greeted warmly and knew the basics from reading the binder in the cabin. We used the kayaks that are available to guests to zoom around the lake. We saw loons and other water fowl. The group campfire each night brought most guests together to talk or just look out on the sunset.
