I took my old Wolverine 1000 Miles here because the soles on the boots were wearing down significantly. I asked for some recommendations on new soles with a bit more grip and texture, as well as getting the shoes cleaned up/conditioned.
He did an amazing job. The soles look amazing, and the boots feel fresh. It took a bit of time to get the job done because he is busy with a lot of orders, but it's worth the wait if you want a professionally done job.
Couldn't recommend more.

In the interest of providing a fair and complete review of this business to any prospective customer, I am providing some additional details not included in the original review. The owner's response is a simple falsehood. The owner did not decline the repair and the business offer was not 'under the table'. The entire transaction and conversation was conducted exclusively with his former employee. The owner was in the back shop, never reviewed the item and was not part of the discussion. Furthermore, the employee provided a business card to accompany the repair ticket that included her name and

Paid for an express cleaning ($30 I believe) for my leather shoes ($300 Coach boots). Actually took them 2 weeks because of how the leather reacted to the chemicals and them trying to fix this issue. My shoes were just lightly scuffed when I brought them in but now one of them looked very discolored. The cleaners tried their best to get them to look decent. It’s better but not perfect. Sorta disappointed. Luckily they never charged me the hours they put in so there’s that. Would recommend just be careful on what you bring in.

We've been taking our favorite shoes here for repair for years. They're very honest and do good work. The last pair I brought in for a sole repair, the gentleman even let me know that it would cost more to repair than to buy new shoes! Most places would have just done the repair and billed me later.
I trust them.

Took a pair of cowboy boots in that I had destroyed the heel on (and tried to glue back on myself). They fixed it better than anything I could have expected and even made sure the other heel was sturdy! I couldn’t have asked for better service! You know why they have a wait, it’s definitely worth it!

This is the biggest scam of a company with the most rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff. I dropped my purse of the last week on January in the condition of the first picture wanting to have it cleaned up a little bit. My ticket said pick up on 2/20 i called and they said it is a very long process and that was just a suggested date. They did not call me once to update me or give me any kind of time frame, it was me struggling to get ahold of anyone. After 2 months I requested to have my purse back, if it was not completed or if they did not know how to properly clean it that was fine,

High level of expertise, friendly, and affordable. Brought items back from the dead. I brought a pair of shoes with a very coarse side scuff and a pair of boots with significant salt damage to Brentwood, fearing I would have to replace them. Somehow, they managed to smooth the scuff completely and closely match the tricky bronze dye for the shoes. As if that weren't enough, they completely smoothed and refinished the boots; again, closely matching original color. One boot's leather toe had badly blistered due to moisture exposure. The only evidence left was a barely perceptible hairline. I will

I had 2 heals and 1 sole on 2 pair of suede boots repaired and picked up the date as promised. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in suggesting treatment after repair to update the appearance of the suede on both boots. Spent $72 plus $16 for a suede brush and finishing spray. Not cheap by any means but I’m totally satisfied.

It is somewhat hard to believe that the 2 previous reviews are for the same shop. Another store owner recommended them to me at least 2 years ago. I have had exceptional service every time that they have done case repairs for us. The prices have been extremely reasonable. The staff is always friendly, & actually will take some time to talk while they are working. They just did an excellent repair job on a very rare, $2500. bass guitar case. I always recommend them for luggage, case, & shoe repairs. It was a huge relief to find John & his crew after Ray's Luggage Repair closed several years ago
