Took a pair of my wife’s favorite shoes and have new heels put on. Dave, the owner, could not have been any nicer or it was also very professional.
This is also the only shoe repair place in Saint Charles county but I have found. I would absolutely recommend Aaron’s shoe repair

I’ve never physically been to the store, however I have mailed them several Birkenstocks to be resoled.
I recommend them to everyone. They made the process of shipping and payment super easy. Amazing quality work. They even polished my shoes before sending them back.

Went to Aaron's Birkenstock and shoe repair store in St. Peters, Mo., for the 1st time, on May 1, 2021. My husband talked, many times, about this place. His family has a history of doing business with them. I have been dealing with, off and on, severe heel pain and desperately needed relief. We had recently stopped at a well known shoe insole store only to be shocked at the absurdly high prices for small pieces of plastic!!! And I DO MEAN HIGH! Not to mention, the woman "helping" us was very short on good customer service. By stark contrast, Pat and Dave, at Aaron's, are AWESOME!!! Very friendly

I have been going to Aaron's for a while now and they are VERY friendly and the PRICES are reasonable. I would NEVER go anywhere else, unless they decide to retire/close forever! That would hurt me, but I definitely understand. Thank you!

I took in my 40+ year old cowboy boots. These were hand-me downs from my pops. I explained to Dave that I needed them re-heeled. He explained what he would do. I was able to pick them up the very next day. I was so happy to see my boots in great shape again. Although, the best part, Dave asked me about my dog (that I had randomly mentioned had surgery, when dropping the boots off). That is the kind of caring customer service that I will brag about all day. Thank you for caring for us! and my boots!!😊

Horrible. I presented the cobbler with a very simple issue, removing the sole from my sandals and smoothing them out on a grinder. This would allow me to turn my ultra comfy sandals into insoles and allow me to put them into my work boots. I’ve had foot issues all my life. He said he couldn’t do the work and it “would take hours of his time” I then asked him if he had any razor blades to lend me. Ended up doing the majority of the work in 5 minutes in my car with a $1 razor blade. If you’re close minded and unwilling to help a customer or even provide an actionable solution, then you

Meh. It's definitely overpriced for the value you get. $15-$20 for new heel tips?! I thought, well it's fine, it's a locally owned store, and I'm sure they will clean up my shoes a little. Nope! They were dirtier when I picked them up. Every single pair of shoes I dropped off had dried mud all over them plus they were COVERED in this gritty material (maybe rubber shavings?). If they had happened to glue a cut in the fabric or wiped away the excess glue from the new heel tips I wouldn't be so upset, but they did not, and they did nothing extra. I don't recommend this

This is my new favorite shoe store! I will only wear Birkenstocks and they had every style for me to try on. Willing to order any color I wanted. Such great people and I love shopping local. I bought 2 pair and ordered 2 more. Customer service here is off the charts.

Excellent customer service and they are honest. They will tell you if they can or can't fix something. They also do purses and belts. Shop local... they are true craftsman. I trade all of my heels every 3/4 months to get shined and cleaned up.

My Birkenstocks were very well worn and in need of a full recrafting. When looking for a place to send them, Pat was very helpful in answering my questions. I sent them in and when they came back (sooner than I expected), they were indistinguishable from new sandals. Excellent service at a great price. What more could I ask for?

I went here to buy a pair of birkenstocks and they were super helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even offered to order a pair in a different color if that's what I wanted. They sealed the leather on the shoes i bought and offered to reseal them as often as I needed. I would absolutely go back here again! I've had 2 other friends go in there and all have had great experiences as well!
