The car wash is good for the price. Unfortunately I have something sticky on the side of my car (didn't come from the car wash) and it didn't come off in the wash. I will have to wash it by hand. But my bumper magnet came off. 5th time through this wash and that was the magic number to knock it off.

Terrible. I purchased the "supreme" car wash. All seemed fine until I stopped a mile down the road and noticed that the grime (probably the pre-treatment chemicals that splash up this time of year) on the side panels was still there. I could run my finger through it and see the mark.This was a clear, sunny day, so I have no reason to believe that I had picked this up in only a mile. I had to wash the car again - at another establishment, obviously. It looks fine now. However, I would have been better served by flushing $10 directly down the toilet.

I put a 20 in the machine, it gave me back 2 bucks and the receipt flat out stated I was owed $6. No attendant around which was fine, I get that. So so called the number on the receipt, left a message, no one called me back. Left 3 more messages over a 6 week period or more and still no return call. Personally, I think this is poor customer service and I will never go back there to support them. They may have been good at one time, but not anymore. Very frustrated that no one was courteous enough to even return my call.

Didn't think I'd say this, but a touch-less car wash managed to impress me. This isn't your 80's style automated car wash with the questionable squeegee material spinning on rollers assaulting your car on all sides while clogged soap dispensers unevenly shower soap haphazardly in what may or may not be in the vicinity of your vehicle.
None of that in Culpeper. This this is laser guided.

Excellent car wash with several bays. It's fully automatic except for the cleaning of tires at the beginning. (There are a few buckets and tire brushes available before you enter the bay.). The actual wash was through and long. The equipment looks fairly new. I liked the fact that owners keep this place very clean and tidy - even the landscaping is nice. I highly recommend the car wash if you are traveling through old town Culpepper.

I Agree with Dawn R. on Culpeper Wash!!!
The owner does ROCK! He is just a very down home guy and couldnt be nicer. He has been there almost every time I've went thru and will wash your rims and tires for you and talk to you as long as you want to hang out. The bays are always clean and in good working order. I like the touchless system as its paint friendly and the ones he has does a nice job. The drying system is second to none - it scrolls over your car instead of the type you drive out of and does a half tail job! I recently used it after the first snow storm and used the least expensive

First off, the owner of this place ROCKS. He is always there making sure things run smoothly. With lines out of the parking lot the past few days, he has been there washing tires for people & directing people to the next open wash. The place is always in great condition & it washes vehicles beautifully with the laser wash (no touch) system. Couldn't recommend it more - the best car wash in Culpeper hands down!
