I always had a strong interest in health, nutrition and natural remedies. It was not until a friend signed up to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and stopped by to show me her new course books that I realized my true passion was health and nutrition. I was shocked to see that I had most of the course books on my own bookshelves and a light bulb went off in my head.

I've created several new services as I move forward with so many people loving my meditation classes. I want to be able to offer the gift of meditation to as many people as I can. What does this mean? I will personalize and record for you a meditation to fit whatever it is you are needing or struggling with right now in your life.
I don't know about you but I am a summer girl at heart. I found myself in a bit of a funk this week and I realzed it was because another summer is coming to an end. The weather this week did not help either. Believe me I had an incredible summer and I am so grateful for every fun day I have. Baking in the sun, my trip to Maine and a fabulous weekend in Long Beach Island to name a few.
Continuing with this idea, I have put together a list of Autumn Super Foods and created a gorgeous salad using some of them. I recently made this salad with my cooking class attendees and they loved it. Made the correct way, these veggies taste divine. They have a mild, somewhat bitter taste, so combine them with tangy or savory sauces, like balsamic vinegar.
