In the St George area we knew things would move fast. We listed on a Monday afternoon after I took my time over 2 weeks taking pictures, putting in the information I wanted in the MLS form, etc. and by Tuesday morning we were under contract for $35k above asking, no conditions, no inspection, etc. Jeremey and the team at FRH were professional,… and quick to respond. Everything was Docusign, scheduling online, etc. and went smooth. 30 days later house was closed and finalized. The costs was $950 on the "sellers" side which most realtors want 3%.. we did pay the 3% for the buyer on the advice

Wow!! What a great experience working with Jeremy and his team at Flat Rate Homes. Not only was our home sold, not only did we get asking price, not only was it closed and money in the bank in less than 30 days total...not only did we save about $24K on the selling side, but then Jeremy saved us on the other side of the transaction and put almost another $10K in our pocket! Flat Rate Homes was AMAZING to work with! I like to do my part to save money but had no idea how to fill out legal paperwork for the sell of our townhome. I knew I could clean it, stage it, have it showing at its best for prospective buyers, but I was nervous to try "For sale by owner". This was the next best way to sell and save thousands of dollars! Their flat rate fee (only collected at closing) was less than $2k! Overall they saved us about $7k by not having to pay sellers agent commission of 3%. It was just the flat fee! Very slow to respond to offers coming in (waiting until the next day to let us know). The communication was subpar. We cancelled our listing, they wanted to charge us for them coming to pick up the yard sign and lockbox and not actually cancel the listing until we took the sign and lockbox to a nearby town. We were very confused about that, we… now live in Houston, TX and did not have anyone available to drive the sign to flat rate wharehouse. They didn't charge us to place the sign in the yard (probably because we cancelled, they are trying to get any amount of money they can). Our experience

The concept of Flat Rate Homes is awesome, I just think maybe it’s grown too much for a couple of people to handle. They listed our house quickly and after one showing we had an offer. Jeramie was pretty pushy to accept this offer without any counter offers, which I felt was needed. I pushed for the counter offer and it was accepted. They got the… needed paperwork taken care of and ultimately saved us money over a normal realtor. The communication was lacking though. They took the lockbox off our house before the sellers had moved in and left no instructions on what to do with the

Excellent service that I highly recommend for home sellers. I saved over $20k using Flat Rate Homes and it was worth every penny. As they don't charge near what other realtors charge, sometimes it took longer to respond to my inquiries, but that is a small price to pay for all the savings. Great service and I will definitely use them again.
