Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey shows that interest rates for a 30-year mortgage have already increased by half a percentage point, to around 4.5%.

Spencer was fantastic to work with! He is knowledgeable and great at what he does. When we purchased our townhome we weren’t the highest offer, but Spencer helped us put together a strong offer that showed we were serious and able to close quickly. He was patient with us as first time homebuyers and as our criteria of what we were looking for changed. We never felt pressured. Plus, Spencer is just a personable and fun person to be around (which is great given the amount of time you spend with your realtor looking at houses). We will definitely be using him in the future!

My experience buying a house with Spencer has been amazing! He really knows the market here in Utah and he plans really carefully when dealing with offers. He gives you very smart and wise advice, with no pressure at all. I had to make several offers for several properties and most of them, including some backup offers, were accepted (in this hot, sellers market!). That shows how efficient he is when crafting the right offer for you. Also, he is super easy to reach by phone, text message and email. The communication was incredibly good, and this is VERY IMPORTANT! His responsiveness and availability
