In 2016, I had the privilege of opening my State Farm agency doors in San Francisco, where I was born and raised. Having previously worked for State Farm, as an Auto Claim Rep., handling 100+ car insurance claim calls per day, I quickly realized customers could benefit from my experience and understanding of State Farm's policies.
I value customer relationships built on transparency; the more I get to know my customers, the more useful I can be. I enjoy conversing with people and business owners who are at all different stages in life, allowing me to provide custom recommendations and products that fit their insurance needs.

Very happy with the service provided by JP and Victor when transferring to State Farm. Initially had a great rate with Geico and thought it could not be beat, but not only did they beat my policy rate, but also gave me more coverage too! I ended up bundling my home and auto together with them. Could not be happier with their professionalism and business acumen. 10/10

It wasn't until I made the decision to use Victor at State Farm as our insurance agent that I realized I could actually have a positive relationship and experience with our insurance company. My family recently dealt with a very challenging situation that involved a car insurance claim, and I cannot say enough good things about how Victor and State Farm team has handled it overall. Victor saved us over $2,000 on our annual insurance. We switched to him from USAA on everything from home to auto to umbrella. I can't tell you how nice it is to have one person--and a kind, knowledgeable human being at that--who we call directly when we have a question or when we need something. Victor is super responsive and he's got great advice for new home buyers like us (e.g. on Earthquake insurance). I can't recommend Victor highly enough! A life-changing choice to work with him and we are so glad we made it!

Victor came highly recommended from my realtor and from the beginning he demonstrated why. He was able to work things out in a very tight timeline for a home insurance policy and figured out how to save me money by rolling in my auto policy in as well. I found working with him extremely easy as he is very communicative over email, accessible via phone call and fast at getting things done.
