Services
At The Well, we can do all operative surgery procedures, which may be done under local, intravenous sedation and general anesthesia with ASA classification I or II. Any patient with ASA class of III may also be an appropriate outpatient candidate. The mission of The Well Medical center is to provide an outpatient surgery center for the people in the Northern San Diego County area.
You will be receiving anesthesia and/or sedation therefore; you must not eat or drink anything after midnight, the night before your surgery. Please refrain from vigorous physical workouts 24 hours prior to surgery. Additionally, you must arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home. You will also need to have someone with you at home for the first 24 hours after your surgery.
