I've never experienced what I just had happen to me at any other medical office. I scheduled an apt over a month ago, they told me over the phone that I needed to fill out the new patient forms before my apt, I got an email and started the new patient forms but got busy and never finished. Then weeks go by, I get a reminder text the day before my apt (no mention of my forms not being filled out), then at 4:30pm the day before I get a call from their office letting me know that since my forms weren't filled out that my apt the next morning was being cancelled. No previous call, no previous notification

This is one of the worst-run medical offices I've ever encountered in all of my travels. COVID restrictions are still in effect for healthcare providers in this area, but when I walked in the door for my annual wellness exam, the staff was walking around with their masks hanging off. I'm fully-vaccinated, but what about patients who are immunocompromised or otherwise vulnerable?

After accompanying a friend to an appointment with Dr. Whiting, I was so impressed with the level of patient care that I contacted the office later to see if they were accepting new patients, because my father was having health issues. They accepted him as a virtual patient as he lives quite far and he has had nothing but great throngs to say. They've ran multiple lab tests to get to the bottom of things rather than treating based on assumptions - which has worked out well so far. Definitely recommend Carlsbad integrative care!

My wife and I went to this clinic to take a physical, the receptionist was fine the doctor didn’t keep the appointment, I can’t be late to my appointments but doc can be 30 45 min late.
A nurse checked my temperature and blood pressure then I saw the doctor she asked 3 questions. I have no health issues she asked me show her my tongue didn’t even touch me.
With my Insurance the anual physical is free, we got a bill over 608.00
We tried calling more than 5 times went to the clinic and told them that the person that did the coding made it a doctor visit not a physical.
Stay away don’t

I highly recommend Dr. Carolyn Candido and the Carlsbad Integrative Medical Center! Dr. Carolyn does a very thorough exam that includes testing for all heavy metals, mold and other toxins as well as other tests that go above and beyond the standard medical tests. She is amazing and so knowledgeable - I'm so grateful to know her! And the office is impeccable - clean, modern.
