I did not have a pleasant time with this staffing agency. As hard as life can get for some at times, you hope to successfully get the resources needed to become a advocate person in society. I felt like I was being judged by my well kept appearance, my college educational level and the color of my skin. Noemi Chavez, my interviewer, made me feel uncomfortable and judge from the moment she pronounced my name wrong. I applied through indeed and she told me my resume wasn’t adequate enough for a position paying less than 11$ per hour. I had everything but my words per minute for typing on my “updated”

I became registered with this agency when relocating back to Charlotte from Orlando. I am a professional Administrative Assistant with 20 years under my belt, mostly contract work. In all of my 20 years have I never came across a company so unprofessional. They would rather place a person in a low paying warehouse position than line you up with a job assignment suited to your skillset. I was given a second shift warehouse assignment that should start at 4P but still didn't have the correct location information at 3:15p the day the assignment was to start. One of the worst places to come for when seeking employment I've came here several times for different interviews/test always claiming they'll call me back for the position but after a week or two goes by and I call to check on the status they always claim that the client hasn't responded or the recruiter that I've been speaking to is out of office and so many different excuses. This is the most horrifying place to work! They ask people to put nice reviews on here. It's chaos. Account Managers are desperate for employees to place. There aren't enough! We've actually borrowed employees from other staffing agencies in desperation. We are losing Clients left and right. High turnover, no one likes this atmosphere. Dishonest ethics, very poor management. We are asked stay til very late to beg employees to work or go to an assignment. My family, children suffer! Coworkers leave to help a friend whose been ARRESTED! Low mentality, low ethics. I hate it here! We cannot communicate

Well lets start with the fact that they are so desperate for fake good reviews that the names listed on these reviews are Nicole Fortoso is the manager Veronica Fortoso's daughter! and Tyler McDonald is one of the owner's Kim McDonald's Son! so they SAY that they are bringing us a new operations mgr!
