Services
The Retreat at Gentilly is a one-bedroom professional community located off Gentilly Road with only six apartments. Each 650-square foot apartment has a pond view from the private back patio and features vinyl plank wood flooring, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, and a breakfast bar off the kitchen.
Magnolia Village is the first step Hendley Properties took in bringing upscale professional housing to downtown Statesboro. The property is located at 15 East Grady Street, near the Statesboro Regional Library and adjacent to the Statesboro Walking Trail. This community offers both one and two-bedroom homes, and they are full of character!
Walnut Grove is one of our premium one-bedroom communities located in downtown Statesboro. It is located on the corner of West Grady Street and South Walnut Street. The property consist of only 12 homes, which means they're highly sought after! Hands down to one of the BEST!!! Alex at Hendley Properties is absolutely AMAZING!!! He made the entire process of helping my son find a great place from beginning to the very end a pleasure!!! My son enjoyed his stay at The Village @ Midtown. Each time I visited the leasing office Alex ALWAYS greeted me by name!!! What really blew me away is today...months after my son's lease ended and he's relocated to Port Wenthworth. I called the office for a totally different reason and of course Alex answered the phone. We chatted for a moment, he answered my question. At the end of the call Alex
