It’s my first year living in The Hamptons & I absolutely love it so far! The staff is always so helpful and the maintenance guy always comes in a reasonable time when we are in need! We are always their number one priority & are provided with great amenities that are including in the rent! I would definitely recommend living here to all students!! I can’t wait to renew my lease for next year!

The Hamptons are a great place for your 1st time living off campus! You have the ability to meet many people at their more than grand pool. They appreciate their residents with weekly prizes or catering to show how much they love having us here. I personally love it here with the constant landscaping and how it is a gated community. I hope people see how great this place is and come join this community of ours!

The Hamptons is 10/10!! I couldn’t be any happier with my experience and everyone that works here is great as well. I recommend the Hamptons to anyone looking for a place to live in Statesboro. It is a very clean and safe environment. They have always been accommodating to any problem I've had whatsoever. Could not say better things about this place.

I just recently moved to the Hamptons this semester and it is everything I expected it to be. The communication between the staff and residents is absolutely amazing. They also provide us with lunch and dessert from time to time! I am glad I chose to live here at the Hamptons and I would definitely recommend anyone to think about making The Hamptons their home!!!

The Hamptons is by far the best place to live in Statesboro! The houses are all modern, up to date, and clean inside which makes living here so amazing! There are also a ton of amenities like the dog park, the amazing pool, the 24/7 gym, the tanning beds, and entertaining arcade/lounge space! The staff is extremely kind to their residents and a lot of the time they provide amazing free perks like subs for lunch, biscuits for breakfast, and so much more! I feel extremely safe here and really appreciate the safety measures taken here at the Hamptons! I 100% recommend students and future students

I love the Hamptons! This is my first year staying here and my first apartment ever. I can definitely say that I am having the best experience yet! I’ve heard about the Hamptons and their reputation through many friends saying how great their services are, how clean and friendly their environment is, and how beautiful their complexes are. I am staying in a 3bed/3bath apartment at the Hamptons. My roommates have lived there 2 years prior to my move in. When I first arrived, they greeted me with a welcoming basket full of candy, treats, and scented candles! I was overjoyed and grateful. I am so

I loveddddd living here! It’s super clean, friendly, and quiet. The rooms are pretty big and come with a huge closet too. Wish I could’ve stayed- only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t call to ask if I wanted to renew before leasing mine to someone else. Not sure if this is normal with student housing but it’s my first time in this type of housing so maybe it’s not unusual that that happens.

BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE My daughter was talked into signing a lease back in March and due to the current situation of COVID-19 we thought she would not be able to attend the school on campus and have to go strictly virtual so she advised them a month later that she will not be moving in and so they sent her a document for an intent to… terminate the lease and said she would have still pay $685 which is equal to one months rent even though she had not graduated high school at this point...Well the school then decided they will be opening up the campus so I talked to a young man at The

I think you people are racist. My granddaughter filled out a form for these people that was not complete just before the lock down of COVID-19 she canceled the next week (have the text) because of lockdown. Blacks are getting it at an alarming rate. I am her grandmother I went by there to make sure it was canceled. They told me they did not… care about COVID-19 for us. If she did not come they are going to charge it to her credit. At 18. If this is not racist what is? They had 2 months to replace her spot that means they will be double dipping. White people that rip off black people. She

Overall it's alright. Customer service could be better and they have nice units + I never felt like I was in any harm while living here. It is a gated complex but it's hardly ever closed.. the only exception would be recently because I believe they finally fixed the gate... However their bad quarks would be:
1) that it's REALLLY expensive to live… here. Honestly for the price of a 1 bed room you can find a 2 bedroom all for yourself, also parking can be a pain if you like to go out at night ( I'm usually a homebody so I'm always home around 8p.m. But if you expect to be out at later then

So far The Hamptons is great, except for parking. I got a parking ticket two nights ago because when I got home there was ZERO parking spots anywhere near my complex. I shouldn’t have to park completely across… the property to MAYBE get a parking spot. So because I parked on the curb, BECAUSE THERE IS NO PARKING SPOTS OPEN, I got a ticket. You should require residents to have a parking decal and after a certain time of night cars that don’t have a decal get ticketed. There may be enough parking for residents, but when extra cars are in the lot it takes away parking spots for
